【摘要】 当今社会道德缺失问题屡见不鲜,严重影响着社会文明的进步。家庭是社会的基本细胞,家风则是每个家庭成员道德养成的重要源泉,潜移默化的影响着青少年的道德养成。青少年正处于身心成长的关键时期,其道德思想的形成易受周围环境的影响,而家庭作为青少年成长的主要环境,对其影响作用重大。家风是传承优秀道德文化的载体,家风规范家庭成员的道德行为,培养家庭成员的道德品行,尤其对正处于关键成长期的青少年有着重要影响。优良的家风指引青少年形成正确的价值观,规范青少年良好的行为习惯及社会实践,对青少年道德养成具有基础性意义。少年强则国强,青少年是祖国的未来,民族的希望,青少年道德情况的好坏直接关系到新时代社会主义的建设和发展。本文从三个部分具体分析了家风对青少年道德养成的影响问题。第一部分主要通过查询相关书籍、文献资料,阐述家风相关内容,包括家风的内涵、类型及其特点,明确了家风在家庭道德教育中的重要地位。同时具体阐明了青少年道德养成的相关概念。最后论述了家风与青少年道德养成的关系,具体包括以下两点:一是家风是青少年道德养成的重要基点,二是青少年道德养成对良好家风的形成具有促进作用。第二部分主要从积极和消极两方面分析了家风对青少年道德养成的影响。通过查阅资料及现状调查总结了影响青少年道德养成的具体因素,并进一步分析了不良家风对青少年道德养成产生消极影响的原因。第三部分根据前述不良家风对青少年道德养成的消极影响及产生原因,提出提高青少年道德素质的具体方法和建议。首先,以家庭教育为抓手,优化家庭道德养成环境,其次,调整家庭道德养成教育方式以促进青少年道德养成。最后,优良家风及青少年道德养成离不开社会和学校的协助,家庭和社会、学校要形成一股合力,为青少年道德养成保驾护航。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays,the problem of moral deficiency is common in society,which affect the progress of social civilization.Family is the elementary cell of society,and the family tradition is an important fountain of spiritual growth for each family member,which has an unconscious influence on their moral developing.The adolescents in the family are in a critical period of physical and mental growth,and the formation of their thoughts and behaviors will be greatly influenced by the surrounding environment.It is undoubted that the family environment is the most influential part for them.Family tradition is the carrier of inheriting excellent moral culture,and it regulates the moral behavior and cultivates the morality of family members,especially plays an important role for adolescents who are in the critical growth period.Good family tradition shows adolescents a right way to form correct values,standardizes adolescents’ good behavior habits and social practice,and plays a fundamental role in adolescents’ moral developing.Where there is a strong young,there is a strong country.Youngsters are the future of our country,the hope of our nation,and their moral situation is directly related to the construction and development of socialism in the new era.This paper analyzes the influence of family tradition on adolescents’ moral developing from three parts.In the first part,the paper mainly clarifies the related contents of the family tradition by searching related books and documents,including connotation,tapes and characteristics of family tradition,so as to make clear what family tradition is.And then there is the related concepts of adolescents’ moral developing.The final part discourses upon the relationship between family tradition and adolescents’ moral developing.Here expounds two points: one is that family tradition is the important starting point of adolescents’ moral developing,and the other is that adolescents’ moral developing can promote the formation of good family tradition.The second part mainly analyzes the influence of family tradition on adolescents’ moral developing from both positive and negative aspects.This part summarizes several influences through consulting materials and investigation of current situation,and further analyzes the reasons for the negative influence of poor family tradition on adolescents’ moral developing.The third part puts forward some suggestions according to the negative influence and reasons of poor family tradition on adolescents’ moral developing.It thinks that the most important thing for adolescents’ moral developing is to start from the family,to promote adolescents’ moral developing by optimizing the environment of family moral developing and adjusting the way of family moral developing education.In addition,good family tradition and adolescents’ moral developing can not be separated from the assistance of society and school.Family,society and school should form a joint force to escort adolescents’ moral developing.更多还原
