【摘要】 注重自身政治建设是中国共产党作为马克思主义政党的本质体现,也是党在自身建设和领导国家事业进程中得出的经验总结。新时代党把政治建设作为自身建设的方向和重点,并明确其首要地位,是有着深刻现实考量的。从党自身角度来看,加强党的政治建设是促进全面从严治党进一步深入发展的实践要求;从国家角度来看,加强党的政治建设是保障国家治理现代化事业顺利开展的必然选择。总而言之,党在中国特色社会主义事业中处于领导核心地位,中华民族伟大复兴实现与否的关键在于党,而党的建设质量是由党的政治建设决定的。新时代加强党的政治建设要明确其科学内涵和所处的鲜明时代背景,理清政治建设内在各要素的内容,以问题为靶向,提出完善党的政治建设的实践路径,保证政治建设这一命题的科学性和实效性,切实有力推进党的建设这一伟大工程,通过质量强党来推进新时代党的伟大事业,从而实现强国梦想。论文将视角聚焦于新时代党的政治建设这一主题,分析十八大以来党的政治建设提出的时代背景、思路和措施,在归纳总结当前党的政治建设取得的成效和面临的问题基础上,探求进一步完善党的政治建设的路径。首先是阐释党的政治建设的相关概念及理论渊源、历史逻辑。文章先阐释党的政治建设的定义,探讨它与其他相关概念的联系。然后分析党的政治建设这一课题从何而来和发展历程,建构其理论基础。其次是分析新时代党的政治建设的时代背景与实践措施。政治建设在党的建设总布局中的首次出现和其地位的变化,是党对领导新时代各项事业的发展作出的反应,体现了党对执政规律的客观把握。新时代党的政治建设,主要从把党的政治建设摆在首位、坚定政治信仰、维护党中央权威和集中统一领导、净化政治生态与提高政治能力来着力的。再次是重点探讨新时代党的政治建设已取得的成效和仍然面临的问题。党的政治建设的加强与实践,提高了党的建设效果,稳固了党的执政根基,进而为国家治理现代化提供了坚实的保证。但其在实践中也面临着一些问题,由于党对价值引导的作用重视不足,加上工作实践中的责任体系和运行机制尚不完善,新时代党的政治建设存在着党员的政治信仰动摇,政治生态仍需进一步净化、党组织政治功能发挥不到位的相关挑战。最后是根据已有的分析提出使党的政治建设更加完善的路径。要以党的政治建设思想自觉促进其行动自觉;加强党内政治文化的价值引领作用;建立长效机制;加强党的政治监督;形成党的政治建设多元主体的系统合力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Paying attention to one’s own political construction is the essential manifestation of the Communist Party of China as a Marxist party,and it is also a summary of the party’s experience in building and leading the country’s cause.In the new era,the party regards political construction as the direction and focus of its own construction,and clarifies its primary status,which has profound practical considerations.From the perspective of the party’s construction,strengthening the political construction of the party is a practical requirement to practice strict self-governance in every respect;from a national perspective,strengthening the political construction of the party is an inevitable choice for ensuring the smooth progress of the modernization of national governance.In a word,the party is at the core of leadership in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The key to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation lies with the party,and the quality of party building is determined by the party’s political construction.Strengthening the political construction of the party in the new era must clarify its scientific connotation and the distinctive background of the era,clarify the content of the internal elements of political construction,target problems,propose a practical path to improve the political construction of the party.Ensure the scientificity and effectiveness of the proposition of political construction.Push forward the great project of party building effectively.Promote the great cause of the party in the new era through the party of strong quality,so as to realize the dream of a strong countryThe thesis focuses on the theme of party political construction in the new era,analyzes the background,ideas and measures put forward by the party’s political construction since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and summarizes the achievements and problems faced by the current party’s political construction,then explore ways to further improve the party’s political constructionThe first part is to explain the relevant concepts,theoretical origins,and historical logic of the party’s political construction.This part explains the definition of the party’s political construction and explores its connection with other related concepts.Then it analyzes where the party’s political construction comes from and its development process,and builds its theoretical basisThe second part is to analyze the background and practical measures of the party’s political construction in the new era.The first appearance of political construction in the overall layout of party construction and the change in its status are the party’s response to leading the development of various undertakings in the new era.And it reflects the party’s objective grasp of the law of governance.The party’s political construction in the new era mainly focuses on putting the party’s political construction in the first place,strengthening political beliefs,maintaining the party’s central authority and centralizing unified leadership,purifying the political ecology and improving political capabilities.The third part is to focus on the achievements and problems faced by the party’s political construction in the new era.Strengthening the effect of the party’s political construction have improved the party’s construction effectiveness,consolidated the party’s ruling foundation,and thus provided a solid guarantee for the modernization of national governance.However,it also faces some problems in practice.Due to the lack of attention paid by the party to the role of value guidance,coupled with the imperfect responsibility system and operating mechanism in work practice,the political construction of the party in the new era has shaken the political beliefs of party members.The political ecology still needs to be further purified.The political function of party organizations has not been played in place.Finally,based on the existing analysis,we propose ways to make the party’s political construction more perfect.It is necessary to promote the consciousness of party’s political construction’s action,strengthen the value-leading role of the party’s political culture,establish a long-term mechanism;strengthen the party’s political supervision,and form a systematic synergy of multiple subjects of party political construction.更多还原
