【摘要】 物流产业是近年来兴起的一种产业,因其基础性、高渗透性、服务性及综合性等特性使得其对城市经济发展具有多重影响。我国大部分城市已纷纷将发展现代服务业作为“十三五”发展规划的主要内容,并且将物流产业视为促进城市现代服务业发展的基本前提。打造国际陆港城市是义乌经济建设和社会发展改革进入深水区,加快城市发展转型的必然要求。随着全国物流业的快速发展和现代物流业地位的迅速提升,并且伴随着近年来物流业产业化的发展趋势,义乌物流业为城市商贸业带来繁荣的同时亦带来相应的问题。首先,本次研究借鉴相关物流业态案例,通过分析物流园区规划的相关研究和国内外实践,探讨物流园区规划的理论分析及物流园区的基本发展过程,进而提出物流园区发展的主要问题。其次,探讨义乌物流园区的发展过程、发展趋势、发展目标等方面的内容,研究义乌市域总体规划和金义都市新区规划状况,并分析义乌国际陆港物流园区发展的特征及其存在的诸多问题。最后,根据上述存在的诸多问题,并基于支持系统、空间布局与功能、信息系统等视角提出义乌国际陆港物流园区的发展规划对策,旨在通过分析物流用地空间布局模式,落实物流产业空间、社区集聚需求,以产城融合为理念,打造义乌国际陆港及物流新城。更多还原

【Abstract】 Logistics industry is an emerging industry in recent years.It has multiple effects on urban economic development because of its basic,high permeability,service and comprehensive characteristics.Most of the cities in China have taken the development of modern service industry as the main content of the "13th Five-Year" development plan,and regard the logistics industry as the basic premise to promote the development of modern service industry in the city.The establishment of an international land port city is an inevitable requirement for Yiwu’s economic construction and social development reform to enter the deep water area,accelerate the transformation of urban development.With the rapid development of the national logistics industry and the rapid promotion of the status of modern logistics industry,and with the development trend of logisticsindustrialization in recent years,the logistics industry in Yiwu has brought about the corresponding problems as well as the prosperity of the city business.First of all,this study draws on the related logistics industry cases,through the analysis of the logistics park planning related research and domestic and foreign practice,the theoretical analysis of logistics park forward planning and the basic development process of logistics park,and then put forward the main problems of the development of logistics park.Secondly,it discusses the development process,development trend and development goal of Yiwu logistics park,studies the overall planning of Yiwu city and the planning situation of Jinyi urban new area,and analyses the characteristics and the existing problems of the development of the Yiwu international land port logistics park.Finally,according to the problems that exist above,based on the support system,space layout and function,information system and other perspectives,the development planning countermeasures of Yiwu international land port logistics park are proposed.The aim is to carry out the logistics industry space and community agglomeration needs by analyzing the spatial distribution pattern of logistics industry and the integration of production city as the concept,and to build the Yiwu international land port and logistics new town.For certain meaning.更多还原
