高速铁路快捷货物运输组织模式研究

【摘要】 在信息技术革命的推动下,电子商务的应用日益普及,高附加值快捷货物运输的需求也与日俱增。鉴于以上时代背景,铁路公司选择利用日益完善的高速铁路网络助力我国物流业的发展,缓解铁路货运运量下滑、运能资源浪费、市场份额下降的困境的同时,提高高铁运输的边际效益。但由于客运服务是我国高速铁路建设之初考虑的基本服务对象和目标市场,因此本文就我国高铁快捷货物运输发展现状,进行高速铁路快捷货物运输组织模式的研究,并以降低运输企业成本为目标,讨论基于多种组织模式的高铁快捷货物的运输方案,主要基于OD区间的快捷货运需求,将四种组织模式的高铁动车组资源分配到各个OD区间内,通过运输资源的合理配置,确定在不同组织模式下的高铁动车组中的快捷货物运输量。为了解决上述问题,本文进行了以下几部分的研究。论述了选题的研究背景及意义,介绍了各国高铁快捷货物运输的发展情况,分析总结国内外相关学者的研究,得出我国目前高铁快捷货物运输的发展阶段和特殊性,明确研究内容的理论意义和应用价值。重点对我国高铁快捷货物运输组织模式进行介绍,阐述了高铁快捷货物运输的概念,在简要介绍高铁快捷货物运输的基本服务流程后,分析了快捷货物运输采用的四种运输方式的不同特征,总结出高铁快捷货物运输的特点和优势,随后详细分析了高铁快捷货物运输四种组织模式的车站作业流程、运输成本构成以及货物装载能力,最后对四种组织模式进行了对比分析,得出不同组织模式的适用时期和制约因素。此外,将近十年快捷货物全国业务量和主要城市业务量作为历史数据,借助SPSS统计分析软件,对未来六年的快捷货物业务量进行时间序列预测,应用Logit模型计算了快捷货物运输市场中高速铁路的分担率,并采用引力模型法,进行了2025年高铁快捷货运量的OD预测。最后在分析了四种组织模式下的动车组分配及快捷货物运输方案的经济因素后,以运输企业成本最小为目标,建立OD区间内的四种组织模式的动车组列车分配模型和高铁快捷货物运输方案模型,根据模型特性,选取遗传算法和YALMIP工具箱对模型进行编程求解,最后选择京广高速铁路线的动车组列车和主要车站区间货流量作为案例数据,得到四种组织模式下高铁快捷货物运输方案,对模型和求解算法进行了验证。

【Abstract】 Driven by the information technology revolution,the application of e-commerce is becoming more and more popular,and the demand for high value-added and express freight transportation is also increasing.In view of the above background,railway companies choose to use the increasingly perfect high-speed railway network to help the development of China’s logistics industry,to alleviate the decline in railway freight volume,the waste of transport capacity resources,and the decline in market share,while improving the marginal benefits of high-speed rail transport.However,as passenger transportation service is the basic service object and target market considered at the beginning of the construction of high-speed railway in China,this paper conducts a research on the organization of high-speed railway express freight transportation in China,and aims to reduce the cost of transportation enterprises.To discuss the transportation scheme of high-speed rail express freight based on multiple organization modes,mainly based on the express freight demand of the OD section,allocate the resources of the four organizational modes of high-speed railway multiple units to each OD section,and through reasonable allocation of transportation resources,determine Express freight transportation volume of high-speed railway multiple units in different organizational modes.In order to solve this problem,the following parts are studied in this paper.This paper discusses the research background and significance of the topic,introduces the development situation of high-speed rail express freight transportation in various countries,analyzes and summarizes the research of domestic and foreign scholars,concludes the development stage and particularity of high-speed rail express freight transportation in China,and clarifies the theoretical significance and application value of the research content.Focus on our country introduces the high-speed rail express freight transport organization mode,expounds the concept of high-speed rail express freight transportation,the brief introduction of the high-speed rail express freight transportation of basic service process,analyzes the shortcut of carriage of express freight by using four different features of the mode of transportation,sums up the characteristics and advantage of high-speed rail express freight transportation,then analyzes the four kind of organization mode of station operation process of high-speed rail express freight transportation,transportation cost and load capacity,finally has carried on the comparative analysis on the four types of organization model,it is concluded that different organizational patterns of applicable period and restricting factors.In addition,nearly ten years of national express freight business volume and major city business volume are used as historical data,and SPSS statistical analysis software is used to predict the business volume in the next six years.Logit model is used to calculate the share rate of express freight transportation in express freight transportation market.Gravity model method is used to predict the OD distribution of express freight transportation demand in 2025.Finally,after analyzing the economic factors of emu allocation and express freight transportation schemes under the four organizational modes,aiming at minimizing the cost of transportation enterprises,the emu train allocation models and high-speed rail express freight transportation scheme models under the four organizational modes within the OD interval are established.According to the characteristics of the models,the genetic algorithm and YALMIP toolbox are selected to program and solve the models.In the end,the emu trains of BeijingGuangzhou high-speed railway and the supply of goods in main station intervals are selected as case data to obtain express freight transportation schemes under the four organizational modes,and the models and solving algorithms are verified.
