织物洗涤中低温含氧体系漂白催化剂的制备及机理研究

【摘要】 漂白过程在人们日常生活和工业生产中都扮演着重要的角色,而氧化漂白剂在织物,硬表面漂白上也已经应用了很多年。这种漂白剂在温度较低的情况下,漂白效率不足,实际应用中为了解决这一问题在系统中引入了漂白活化剂和催化剂。本文基于市场已有的漂白活化剂和催化剂的缺陷,如低温活性不足、对织物破坏严重等,开发了两种不同类型的催化剂用于棉织物的催化漂白,一种是基于镧系金属的配合物体系,另外一种是无金属的有机化合物体系。首先,本文通过氯化铈与水溶性的邻二酚类配体Tiron络合反应制备了一种新的配合物,并且对其漂白催化性能进行了研究。发现在40℃下其漂白效率和对棉织物强度的破坏均与漂白活化剂四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)相当,且用量更少。另外,本文还发现一类杂环化合物1,4,7-三甲基-1,4,7-三氮杂环壬烷(TMTACN),它无需与金属离子络合便具备了可观的漂白催化活性。探究了该催化剂用量、SPC用量、污渍类型、漂白时间等等对漂白结果影响,并在自动洗碗机中应用评估。对其在漂白过程中对棉织物的破坏性也进行了研究,结果表明它对棉织物的破坏程度相比于锰配合物有了极大降低。后续继续深入研究它的漂白过程作用机理和活性中间体,发现TMTACN作为前驱体与漂液中的金属锰离子发生原位络合起到了协同催化的作用。

【Abstract】 Bleaching process is very important for the human daily life and industrial applications.Peroxide bleaching agents have been used for many years in fabric and hard surface bleaching.But this bleaching agent is inefficient at low temperature,in order to solve this problem,bleaching activators and catalysts were introduced into the system.And based on the drawbacks of current activators and catalysts,such as low activity in low temperature and serious fabric damage,we reported two different catalysts for laundry bleaching,one is a complex based on lanthanide metals,and the other is a metal-free organic compound.Firstly,a new complex was prepared by complexation of cerium chloride with Tiron,a water-soluble catechol ligand.It was found that the bleaching efficiency and the destruction of cotton fabric strength were equivalent to tetraacetyldiamine(TAED),and the dosage was less.In addition,a class of heterocyclic compound 1,4,7-trimethyl-1,4,7-triazonane(TMTACN)was found to have considerable catalytic activity of bleaching without complexation with metal ions.The influence of the catalyst dosage,SPC dosage,stain type,bleaching time and so on on the bleaching results was investigated and the catalyst was also applied in the automatic dishwasher.The destructive degree to the cotton fabric during bleaching was also studied,the results showed that the destructive degree to the cotton fabric was greatly reduced compared with the manganese complex.The mechanism of its bleaching process and reactive intermediate was further studied,and it was found that TMTACN,as a precursor,complexed with metal ions in bleaching liquor to form a new complex and play a synergistic catalytic role.
