【摘要】 中国自改革开放以来,快速城镇化和经济高速增长催生了对城市空间的巨大需求。城市空间的增长,无论是在速度上还是规模上,都已经成为最引人注目的事件之一。一方面,城市面貌和基础设施的改善日新月异,城市建设作为经济活动的重要组成部分同时推动了经济增长;另一方面,城市空间增长过程中产生了“冒进城市化”、“过度建设”等问题,使得城市空间增长的研究成为当前中国城市建设过程中敏感和重要的科学问题之一。面对中国城市空间增长问题,局限于城乡规划或其他单一学科的研究具有明显的局限性,在城市空间增长的管控、提升城市空间配置效率等方面往往有心无力。因此,对城市空间的研究更大的挑战在于对产生这些问题的客观规律及其根源性的制度、机制的反思和认识,需要从多学科多角度进行综合研究。在相关既有研究的基础上,本文以公安县中心城区空间形态的演进为研究方向,通过文献查阅、野外调查和市民问卷调查,对其自然山水格局、生态资源、人文内涵及空间现状进行了详细的调研和深入的分析评价,梳理出公安县中心城区这一滨江平原型中小县城的城市增长边界、发展方向、空间结构、空间形态、功能板块的变迁规律及趋势。以历次总规编制(修编)作为关键节点进行研判,同时分析区位条件、政策背景、经济发展、重大历史事件及外界环境因素等对城市规模、性质、发展方向、空间结构的影响,结合当前的时代背景展望未来公安县中心城区空间格局的发展趋势,同时对公安县空间增长管理策略提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since China’s reform and opening-up,rapid urbanization and rapid economic growth have created a huge demand for urban space.The growth of urban space,both in speed and in scale,has become one of the most dramatic events.On the one hand,the urban landscape and infrastructure are improving with each passing day,and urban construction,as an important part of economic activities,is also driving economic growth;on the other hand,in the process of urban space growth,there are some problems,such as "rushing into urbanization" and "over-construction",which make the study of urban space growth become one of the sensitive and important scientific problems in the process of urban construction in China.Faced with the problem of urban space growth in China,the research confined to urban and rural planning or other single discipline has obvious limitations,in the management and control of urban space growth,improve the efficiency of urban space allocation,etc..Therefore,the greater challenge to the study of urban space lies in the reflection and understanding of the objective laws and the underlying systems and mechanisms,which need to be comprehensively studied from a multi-disciplinary and multi-perspective.On the basis of relevant existing research,this paper focuses on the evolution of the spatial form of the central city of Gong’an County,through literature review,field survey and citizen questionnaire survey,the natural landscape pattern,ecological resources,cultural connotation and spatial status of the area were investigated and evaluated in detail,in this paper,the urban growth boundary,development direction,spatial structure,spatial form and functional plate of the central city of Gong’an County,a small and medium-sized county town in Ben Giang plain,are sorted out.Taking the previous general rules compilation(revision)as the key node to study and judge,at the same time,it analyzes the influence of the location condition,the policy background,the economic development,the important historical events and the external environmental factors on the city scale,the nature,the development direction and the spatial structure,based on the background of the current era,this paper looks forward to the future development trend of the spatial pattern of the central city of Gong’an County Gong’an County,and puts forward some suggestions on the spatial growth management strategy of Gong’an County.更多还原
