【摘要】 张家口市位于河北省西北部,经济水平长期处于河北省中低水平。2022年冬奥会的举办对于张家口市的发展来说将是一个千载难逢的机遇和挑战。根据历届冬奥会举办城市发展来看,举办冬奥会也会给所在城市带来一定风险。对2022年冬奥会结束后,张家口市如何将劣势转化为优势,规避风险、把握机遇,更好地完成冬奥会体育资源可持续发展进行调查。首先,本文运用文献资料法、实地考察法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法对张家口赛区体育资源进行概述研究。其次,运用专家访谈对所属各类影响因素进行三次筛选,确定影响张家口赛区体育资源影响因素进行SWOT分析。然后,将确定出的影响张家口赛区体育资源影响因素进行AHP层次分析法软件进行定量研究,确定弥补型(W-0)发展战略。最后得出以下六点结论:第一,张家口市未来体育产业发展前景较好,主要源于优越的地理位置和举办冬奥会所带来的知名度。通过冬奥会的举办,张家口在基础设施建设、场馆建设等体育资源储备都具备国内较高水准,为后续的发展奠定扎实基础;第二,根据SWOT分析调查,未来张家口市发展机会因素占四项因素最高,张家口市体育旅游产业预测会成为张家口市重要经济产业支柱。目前张家口市区域内自然景观及人文景观较为丰富,且空气相对于其他城市有突出优势,为冬奥会后的体育旅游产业发展奠定扎实基础;第三,张家口市体育旅游发展方向不明确,没有融入本地文化,使各个景点景区没有达成有机结合,为冰雪体育旅游发展带来一定阻力;第四,主体不明确,城市特点不突出,对游客及投资商的心理冲击力度较低,大众识别度较低。为城市转型发展带来些许阻力;第五,目前张家口市在京津冀一体化中的融合力度不够,随着冬奥会的举办,京张两地在诸多领域合作加深。张家口可以利用此机遇在各个方面与京津两地对接,加速自身发展;第六,通过AHP软件最后确定张家口赛区发展战略为弥补型(W-0)发展战略,因此未来张家口赛区体育资源优化配置方向应该从这一发展战略角度出。根据结论并采取专家建议最后提出四点建议:第一,正确认识优势,建立完善的体育资源互补链;第二,把握发展契机,突出体育旅游资源发展;第三,重视资源整合,突出区域体育资源中心;第四,积极协调发展,加大各项资源充分利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Zhangjiakou City is located in the northwest of Hebei Province,and the economic level has long been in the middle and low level of Hebei Province.The hosting of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games will be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and challenge for the development of Zhang jiakou City.According to the city development of the previous Winter Olympics,holding the Winter Olympics will also bring certain risks to the city.After the 2022 Winter Olympics,Zhangjiakou City how to turn the disadvantage into advantages,avoid risks,seize opportunities,and better complete the sustainable development of sports resources in the Winter Olympics.First of all,this article uses the literature method,the field investigation method,the expert interview method,the logic analysis method to carry on the summary research to Zhangjiakou district sports resources.Secondly,using the expert interview to carry on the three screening to the subordinate each kind of influence factor,determines the influence factor to carry on the SWOT analysis.Then,the factors influencing sports resources in Zhangjiakou area are studied quantitatively AHP AHP software,and the development strategy of compensatory type(W-0)is determined.Finally,the following six conclusions are drawn:First,the future development prospects of Zhangjiakou sports industry are better,mainly from the superior geographical location and lift The popularity of the Winter Olympics.By holding the Winter Olympics,Zhangjiakou has a high standard of sports resources such as infrastructure construction and stadiums construction in China,which lays a solid foundation for the subsequent development;second,according to the SWOT analysis and investigation,Zhangjiakou City’ s development opportunity factors account for the highest of four factors in the future.Zhangjiakou City sports tourism industry forecast will become an important economic industry pillar of Zhangjiakou City.At present,the natural landscape and human landscape in Zhangjiakou city are abundant,and the air has outstanding advantages over other cities,which lays a solid foundation for the development of sports tourism industry after the Winter Olympics.The exhibition direction is not clear,does not integrate into the local culture,causes each scenic spot scenic spot not to reach the organic union,brings certain resistance to the ice and snow sports tourism development;fourth,the main body is not clear,the city characteristic is not prominent,the psychological impact strength to the tourist and the investor is low,the public recognition degree is low.Fifth,the integration of Zhang jiakou in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration is not strong enough,with the Winter Olympics,Beijing-Zhang cooperation in many areas deepened.Zhangjiakou can take advantage of this opportunity to connect with Beijing and Tianjin in all aspects to accelerate its own development;sixthly,through the AHP software to finalize Zhangjiakou competition District development strategy is a complementary(W-0)development strategy,so the future Zhangjiakou District sports resources should be optimized from the perspective of this development strategy.According to the conclusion and adopt the expert suggestion finally put forward four suggestions:first,correctly understand the advantages and establish a perfect chain of complementary sports resources;second,grasp the opportunity of development and highlight the development of sports tourism resources;third,attach importance to the integration of resources and highlight regional sports resource centers;fourth,actively coordinate development and increase the full use of all resources.更多还原
