【摘要】 建国初期,中国共产党由“革命党”成为“执政党”,面对纷繁复杂的国内外环境,中国共产党不仅要实现国家统一、稳定经济秩序、改善社会风气,更为重要的是党要通过这些措施来巩固新生政权、维护自身统治。根据当时中国的实际情况以及苏联的影响,建国初期我国逐渐形成了党对国家和社会的一元化领导。为了更好的巩固党的执政地位和促进社会发展,加强对国家和社会的领导,中国共产党对社会组织进行了重构,对旧有的社会组织进行了取缔和改造,并建立了新的符合党的统治要求的新型社会组织。重构社会组织,对中国共产党与社会之间关系的确定以及中国社会的发展产生了重大影响。研究这一问题,对于弄清中国共产党与社会关系的相关问题以及对今天如何进行社会组织改革等问题,都有重要意义。本文从政党与社会关系的视角,政党理论和社会组织相关理论,对新中国成立之初的中国共产党重构社会组织的问题进行研究,具体分析党重构社会组织的背景、措施等,力图弄清党重构社会组织的效应,以及党与社会组织之间的领导与服从关系的成因及影响等问题。首先,论述政党、社会组织的相关概念,政党与社会组织的一般模式和在苏联的实践模式等,以便为分析问题提供理论工具。其次,分析建国初期中国共产党重构社会组织的历史条件和目标,着重阐述因为旧有的社会组织不利于新生政权的巩固和社会发展,为此中国共产党按照苏共与社会组织的关系对我国的社会组织进行重构。再次,详细论述中国共产党重构社会组织的政策和措施。如解构旧有的社会组织,建立新的社会组织,充分发挥党的基层组织和国家政权组织的作用等等。最后,剖析建国初期中国共产党重构社会组织之后,论述了党与社会组织领导与服从基本关系的形成及其影响,并对党处理与社会组织关系的问题提出一些思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the early days of New China,the communist party of China by the "revolutionary party" became a "ruling party".With the complex domestic and foreign environments,the CCP not only wanted to achieve national unity,stabilize the economic order,improve the social atmosphere,more importantly,but the CCP had to consolidate the new regime and maintain their own rule through those measures.According to the actual situation of China and the impact of the Soviet Union,in the early days of New China,it formed a unified leadership of the CCP to the state and society gradually.In order to consolidate the party’s ruling status,promote the development of society and strengthen the leadership of the state and society,the CCP reconstructed the social organizations.The old social organizations had been banned and transformed by the CCP,and the party established many new social organizations to meet the requirements of the party’s ruling.Reconstructed the social organizations have had a significant impact to the determination of the relationship between the CCP and society,and the development of the Chinese society.Studying this issue has important value on finding out the related issues of the relationship between the CCP and society,and other issues how to carry out social organization reform today.The paper from the angle of the related theories to study the CCP reconstructed the social organizations in the early days of New China.The article detailed analysis the background reasons and measures that the CCP reconstructed the social organizations,and try to find out the effects of the CCP reconstructed the social organizations and causes and effects of the relationship of leadership and obedience between the CCP and social organizations.Firstly,the paper discusses the relevant concepts of the parties and social organizations,the general form of relationship between the parties and social organizations and the practice pattern in Soviet Union to provide a theoretical tool to analysis issues.Secondly,the paper analysis the historical conditions and objectives of the CCP reconstructed social organizations in the early days of New China.Because the old social organizations were not good for the consolidation and social development of the new regime,the CCP reconstructed the social organizations according to the relationship between the CPSU and social organizations.Thirdly,the paper discusses the policies and measures the CCP reconstructed the social organizations in detail,such as deconstructed the old social organizations,established new organizations and played the leading role of regime organizations.Finally,the paper describes the formation and influences of the relationship of leadership and obedience between the CCP and the social organizations after the CCP reconstructed the social organizations in the early days of New China.Also the paper puts forward some thinking to deal with the relationship between the CCP and society.更多还原
