【摘要】 随着知识社会的悄然到来,大学与社会之间的互动必将进一步深入,社会参与大学治理成为必然的趋势,其参与目标、参与范式和路径选择,都将发生新的变化。就现有的研究来看,一方面,高教理论界对即将来临的“知识社会”的关注还远远不够,对知识社会对大学治理可能带来的冲击和影响,开展的专门研究还明显不足;另一方面,当前对社会参与大学治理的研究,主要还停留在对社会参与主体的辨析和参与效果的演绎阶段,对“如何参与治理”、“参与治理的规则是什么”等问题的探索,虽有所涉及但仍处在自发的、零星的、不够深入系统的阶段。在此背景下,本文以知识社会视角下的社会参与大学治理问题为研究对象,运用历史研究、文献研究与比较研究等方法,对社会参与大学治理的历史、知识社会对大学及其治理的影响、知识社会对大学治理中社会参与模式的重构等进行了深入探讨,以期在实践层面为我国大学治理现代化建设提供对策。本文首先从历史社会学的视角,考察了历史上不同社会形态下,大学与社会之间的互动关系,认为:大学发展的历史,既是大学不断融入社会的历史,也是社会不断介入并参与大学治理的历史;然后,通过对经典文献的梳理和思考,详细探讨了知识社会对大学及其治理可能提出的挑战。在此基础上,对知识社会视角下大学治理的社会参与内涵、参与范式和路径选择等方面进行了深入思考和研究,认为在知识社会,参与大学治理的社会主体将不再进行分散的个别的行为,而应当构成一个“社会参与体系”,并且因为新的科技革命和发展理念的变化,“参与”的内涵也将更加丰富,大学治理的社会参与范式也将发生由感性的社会参与范式向理性的社会参与范式的转变、由单中心治理的社会参与范式向多中心网络化社会参与范式的转变。在参与路径的选择上,有三个方面最为重要:一是基于对知识价值与功能的认识达成共有信念,二是持续增强社会参与的行为能力,三是保障大学治理中社会参与的制度供给。通过研究,本文还对我国如何推进社会参与大学治理提出了若干对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the quiet arrival of knowledge society,the interaction between universities and the society is bound to be further deepened which will push social participation in university governance to be an inevitable trend.Moreover,new changes will take place in its participation objectives,participation patterns and path selection.From the perspective of the existing researches,on the one hand,the theoretical circle of higher education is far from paying enough attention to the quietly upcoming "knowledge society",and it is obviously insufficient to carry out specialized researches on the impacts of knowledge society towards university governance.On the other hand,as for current studies on social participation in university governance,researchers mainly focus on analyzing main body and reflecting effects of participation,as for the explorations on problems such as "how to participate in the governance",“what are the rules of participatory governance”,though such sorts of research have somewhat appeared,they are still spontaneous,sporadic,lack of an in-depth system generally.In this background,in order to provide practical countermeasures for the modernization of our country’s university governance,regarding problems of social participation in university governance from the perspective of knowledge society as the research object,this article has carried on the deep discussion on the history of social participation in university governance,the impact on the university and its management,knowledge society of social participation in university governance model reconstruction and so on by the methods of historical research,literature research and comparative research.Firstly,from the perspective of historical sociology,this article examines the interaction between universities and society under different social forms in history.Then,by sorting out the classical literature,this paper in detail discusses the challenges that knowledge society may bring to universities and their governance.On this basis,after carrying on deep thinking and research on several aspects of social participation in university governance from the perspective of knowledge society including the new connotation,paradigm and path selection and so on,this article proposes that in knowledge society,the social main body of university governance should form a “social participation system” instead of conducting individual behaviors distributedly.With the changes of the new revolution of science an technology and concepts on development,the connotation of "participation" will be enriched,the participation paradigm will also turn itself from a perceptual one into a rational one,from a single-center governance paradigm into a multi-center network paradigm.In terms of participation path selection,three aspects need to be seriously paid attention to: firstly is to achieve commonbelief based on the understanding of knowledge value and function;secondly is to continuously enhance the behavioral ability of social participation;thirdly is to ensure the institutional supply of social participation in university governance.Through researches,this article proposes some countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the social participation in university governance.更多还原
