【摘要】 近几年来,随着我国患精神疾病人数的不断增加,政府开始加大对精神疾病防治的重视,陆续在本地区设立针对精神病的社区康复点,目前,进行社区康复的精神病人的疾病复发率仍然很高。笔者在康复站实习期间,通过对病人的访谈与观察,发现病人的发病率与其心理赋权的水平有关并进行研究,而在社区心理学中,关于心理赋权理论的研究以Zimmerman(1995)的最具有代表性,因此,笔者将运用Zimmerman(1995)的心理赋权理论作为本次社区康复精神病人心理赋权研究的理论支撑。笔者首先通过观察法、访谈法、问卷调查的方法,了解社区康复精神病人心理赋权存在的问题,包括:参与动机的主动调控、参与能力的自我评价、基于变革的批评倾向三个维度;随后,笔者通过对社区康复精神病人现状资料的分析,结合Zimmerman(1995)心理赋权理论模型,总结出了影响社区康复精神病人心理赋权的因素,包括:自我认知,社会支持网络,社会参与及社会污名笔者依据这四大影响因素,首先,成立关于提高社区康复精神病人心理赋权的治疗小组,然后,制定小组工作计划,招募小组组员,开展小组活动;在小组干预的评估阶段,笔者首先对组员的心理赋权水平进行前后测差异分析。然后,通过与组员、协助社工、组员家属以及社区居民的访谈进行质性材料评估,最后,笔者对社区康复精神病人心理赋权影响因素的变化进行分析。最终,笔者发现组员的心理赋权水平有了显著的提高,说明本次小组工作介入是有效的;在文章的总结与反思阶段,笔者从量表的选取、样本数量、小组目标的制定、小组活动的开展等方面对本研究进行反思并提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the increasing number of mental illness in China,the government has increased the emphasis on the prevention and treatment,Setting up community rehabilitation sites for mental illness in the region.At present,the diseases for mental patients undergoing community rehabilitation The rate is still high.During the internship,Author discovered that the incidence rate of the patient was related to the level of psychological empowerment.In community psychology,the study of the theory of psychological empowerment is the most representative of Zimmerman(1995).Therefore,the author will use Zimmerman’s theory of psychological empowerment as the theoretical support for the research on the psychological empowerment of patients.Firstly,through the observation and interview method,Author understands the current situation of psychological empowerment of patients.Subsequently,Author summarizes the psychological empowerment of patients by analyzing the current situation data and combining Zimmerman’s theoretical model of influencing psychological empowerment.Then,according to the influencing factors,the group work plan is formulated and the group activities are carried out.In the evaluation stage of the group intervention,the author first uses the scale to analyze the difference between the psychological empowerment of the group members.Then,through qualitative interviews,Author found that the level of psychological empowerment of the group members has been significantly improved,indicating that the intervention work of this group is effective;The author reflects on the research and makes recommendations from the selection of the scale,the number of samples,the formulation of group goals,and the development of group activities.更多还原
