超大型集装箱船舷侧结构焊接变形研究

【摘要】 针对超大型集装箱船结构安全问题,国际船级社协会(IACS)成立专项工作组,对船用高强度特厚钢板制定了一系列的统一要求。为了提高船舶在关键区域的止裂性能,设计人员针对这些关键区域结构在建造过程中的装配精度制定了更为严格的标准,所以,在分段建造阶段控制焊接变形尤其是舷侧特厚板止裂钢区域结构的焊接变形成为了超大型集装箱船建造过程中非常重要的工作。在实际生产中,对船体分段结构进行焊接变形仿真,可以帮助船舶设计人员选择更为合理设计方案,协助船舶建造施工人员制定更有效的施工工艺流程,同时还能快速、便捷的协助检验人员识别出检验的重点,可以大幅提高船舶建造过程中的精度控制,在确保船舶建造质量的同时,提高船厂的生产效率。本文将以14500TEU超大型集装箱船的一个舷侧总段为研究对象,采用固有应变法,研究模拟总段中两个舷侧分段建造过程中的焊接变形,并将该分段的焊接变形模拟结果与实际建造后的精度测量数据进行比对,验证模拟分析的可靠程度的同时,根据模拟结果提出分段制作过程中控制焊接变形的措施以及注意事项。并在此基础上,充分考虑焊接顺序对焊接变形的影响,利用分步骤模拟分段制作过程中的焊接变形量的方法,对分段关键结构的施工工艺方案进行比对优选,寻找出最佳施工方案。本研究为基于固有应变理论的焊接工程系统软件Weld_sta在船舶建造生产中的应用提供思路和案例参考。
【Abstract】 In response to the structural safety of ultra-large container ships,the International Association of Classification Societies set up a special working group to develop a series of uniform requirements for high-strength and extremely thick steel plates for container ships.In order to improve the ship’s brittle crack arrest performance in critical areas,designers set stricter standards for the assembly accuracy of these critical area structures during construction.Therefore,controlling the welding deformation during the block construction,especially the welding deformation of the extremely thick brittle crack arrest steel plate area has become a very important task in the construction of ultra-large container ships.During the construction process,the simulation of complex structure welding deformation can help people to choose a more reasonable design scheme,develop a more effective construction processes,and assist the surveyors to identify key inspection points quickly and conveniently.It can improve the shipyard’s production efficiency while ensuring the ship’s construction quality.This thesis takes the 14500 TEU ultra-large container ship as an object,and use the method based on inherent strain to simulate the welding deformation during the side shell block assemble process.And compare the welding deformation simulation results with the actual measurement data to verify the reliability of the simulation analysis.And proposed measures to controlling welding deformation during the structure construction according to the simulation results.And on basis of simulation,fully consider the influence of welding sequence on welding deformation.Simulate the welding deformation of the block step by step and choose the best construction plan.This study provides ideas and case references for the application of welding engineering system software Weld_sta in ship construction.
