【摘要】 现如今商业竞争环境日益激烈的背景下,商业竞争模式的选择与发展对企业具有积极促进作用。商业模式的创新发展能拓展更多商业机会,且设定一系列商业活动,以价值创造为基本出发点,这样能综合市场因素角度,充分保障参与者之间的交易关系。但是现有研究中,商业模式是一个企业在某一经济领域和范围内,为企业自身产品及服务展开定位、获取利益、选择客户、吸收各类资源以进入市场的根本。而其在运营过程,能创造价值并从中获取利润及相关系统体系,这样能帮助企业创造价值、构建核心逻辑结构。商业模式明确了企业如何获取收入,以及如何维持经营业务模式,而利用特定方式包含自身资源、外部资源、创造价值以及价值体系构建等多种途径,因此,商业模式会借助价值创造型理论,帮助企业获得技术、盈利水平的提升。基于以上背景,本文研究中重点阐述了污水处理企业业务发展环境及现状,分析了Y污水处理企业在污水处理行业中上的基本商业模式、规划,综合具体案例分析的方式,帮助企业制定了良性商业模式、战略管理规划。研究中整体上将现有理论基础与实际工作结合起来,提高污水处理企业商业模式的使用价值及可行性。通过本文研究将企业商业运营模式及商业实施规划结合起来,重点避免了空洞的理论阐述。整体层面分析研究中重点解决了以下问题:首先为污水处理企业现状及污水处理行业发展提供了新的思路,通过对现阶段污水处理企业处理现状及行业发展现状的分析,阐述了污水处理企业发展规划中存在的不足,对未来环保行业所面临的机遇及挑战有了全新的认识。同时,将新的内容和方法运用在了商业模式的分析中。通过对企业商业模式的合理性使用,构建了新的思路。并且为同类型企业商业模式规划提供了指导性建议,这是本文撰写基本目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of increasingly fierce commercial competition environment,the choice and development of business competition mode has positively promoted enterprises.The innovative development of the business model can expand more business opportunities,and set a series of commercial activities,with value creation as the basic starting point,which can comprehensively guarantee the trading relationship between the participants from the perspective of market factors.However,in the existing research,the business model is the foundation for a company to locate its own products and services,obtain benefits,select customers,and absorb various resources to enter the market in a certain economic field and scope.In the course of its operations,it can create value and profit from it and related system systems,which can help companies create value and build core logic structures.The business model clarifies how companies can earn revenues and how to maintain business models,and use specific methods to include their own resources,external resources,value creation,and value system construction.Therefore,business models will help with value creation theory.Enterprises gain access to technology and profitability.Based on the above background,this paper focuses on the business development environment and current situation of sewage treatment enterprises,analyzes the basic business models and plans of external sewage treatment enterprises in the sewage treatment industry,and comprehensively analyzes the specific case methods to help enterprises develop benign Business model,strategic management planning.In the whole research,the existing theoretical foundation and actual work are combined toimprove the use value and feasibility of the business model of sewage treatment enterprises.Through the research of this paper,the business operation mode of the enterprise and the commercial implementation plan are combined to avoid the empty theory.The overall problem analysis has solved the following problems: Firstly,it provides a new idea for the status quo of sewage treatment enterprises and the development of sewage treatment industry.Through the analysis of the current situation of sewage treatment enterprises and the development status of the industry,the development of sewage treatment enterprises is expounded.The shortcomings in the planning have a new understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing the future environmental protection industry.At the same time,new content and methods are applied to the analysis of business models.Through the rational use of the business model of the enterprise,a new idea has been constructed.And it provides guiding suggestions for the business model planning of the same type of enterprise,which is the basic goal of this paper.更多还原
