变电站检修现场管理信息系统设计与实现

【摘要】 随着信息技术的飞速发展及互联网技术的全面普及,信息技术已经扎根于信息化时代的各个领域,农业、工业、政府、科研机构、水电、航空航天等各行各业无一例外不依托于信息技术。作为能源供给侧的电力,为信息技术的蓬勃发展提供着源源不断的动力,而信息技术的普及又为电力行业注入了新的活力。因而,电力行业作为一个涉及国计民生的服务行业,其行业的信息化建设就变得尤为重要。电力系统是电力行业重要的组成部分,是我国的基础民生工程,对于社会的正常生产及民众的日常生活具有极为重要的作用。同时,电力系统更是当今全球经济社会的动力之源及神经中枢,是维持全人类生产、生活的总开关,如果当今社会离开了电能,现代社会及全人类将陷入全面的瘫痪。因此,电力系统的信息化建设、普及、推广是保证整个电力系统安全、稳定运行的重中之重。[2]作为电力系统电网输配电工程中重要枢纽的变电站,是连接能源的始点到终点的关键中间环节,它起着对电能的变换和分配的作用,变电站一二次设备众多,设备检修工作复杂,检修工作安全和检修质量是影响变电站设备运行的关键,如何将电力系统复杂的检修工作通过更为有效的手段进行管控,一直成为电力公司要解决的核心问题之一。因此,将变电站检修现场管理与现代管理信息系统相结合,将能最大限度的推动变电站检修现场的信息化管理,最大程度的帮助生产管理全面掌握检修现场的情况,为现场检修人员及时、准确的了解设备运行信息,辅助检修人员作出正确决策。本论文在对有关管理信息系统充分调研的情况下,并结合多年对电力行业一线工作的基础上,设计及实现本变电站检修现场管理系统。并采用当前国际、国内流行的互联网框架技术及基于B/S的架构平台,利用基于Baas的云服务支撑系统的后台运行,以及利用非常成熟的PC WEB端开发技术及Android App技术实现多平台易操作的前端业务应用。本论文将系统划分为主要的三个部分,分别为:云服务后端子系统、Web前端子系统及App终端子系统。云服务后端子系统是系统的业务实现核心,系统采用基于BAAS云服务框架进行架构,云服务后端子系统所有功能实现都基于云服务后端子系统提供的功能服务进行支撑及后台运行,让业务的后端处理与Web前端及APP终端的展示进行分离,保证了整个系统的高性能、高并发、持续稳定的运行。Web前端子系统及App终端子系统主要完成整系统的后台运行管理及现场人员在现场的实际操作进行支撑,其中,Web前端子系统采用JAVA语言进行开发,并以EasyUI作为前端开发框架,主要功能包括:用户的登录、用户的管理、设备检修单管理、设备检修任务单管理等各项功能;App终端子系统采用Android原始全段App进行开发,主要实现用户登录、检修任务单的获取、检修任务的执行流程管理及检修报告上次等功能。本变电站检修现场管理信息系统,可以帮助现场检修人员及时准确的了解设备运行检修信息,辅助检修人员正确决策,保证设备正常稳定安全可靠的运行。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of information technology and the comprehensive popularization of Internet technology,information technology has taken root in every field of the information age,including agriculture,industry,government,scientific research institutions,hydropower,aerospace and other industries without exception do not rely on information technology.As the supply side of energy,electric power provides continuous power for the vigorous development of information technology,and the popularization of information technology injects new vitality into the power industry.Therefore,the power industry as a service industry involving the national economy and people’s livelihood,its industry information construction has become particularly important.Power system is an important part of the power industry,is the basic livelihood project of our country,for the normal production of society and People’s Daily life has a very important role.At the same time,the power system is the power source and nerve center of the global economy and society,is the main switch to maintain the production and life of mankind,if the current society without electricity,modern society and mankind will fall into a comprehensive paralysis.Therefore,the information construction,popularization and promotion of the power system is the most important thing to ensure the safety and stable operation of the whole power system.[2] as an important hub of the power transmission and distribution of power system in substation,is the key to connect the starting point of energy to the end of the intermediate links,it plays the role of the transformation and distribution of electricity,a substation secondary equipment is numerous,complicated equipment repair work,maintenance and repair work safety and maintenance quality is key to influence the operation of substation equipment,how the complex power system maintenance work through more effective means of control,has become one of the electric power company to solve the core problem.As a result,the substation maintenance on-site management combined with modern management information system,can maximum limit of substation maintenance field of information management,the greatest degree of help fully grasp the situation of the maintenance on-site production management,timely,accurate understanding of the equipment for on-site maintenance personnel operation information,assist maintenance personnel to make the right decisions.In this paper,under the condition of full research on the management information system,and combined with years of front-line work in the power industry,the design and implementation of the substation maintenance site management system.It also adopts the current international and domestic popular Internet framework technology and B/ s-based architecture platform,USES the Baas based cloud service support system to run in the background,and USES the very mature PC WEB development technology and Android App technology to realize the easy operation of multi-platform front-end business applications.In this paper,the system is divided into three main parts: cloud service back-end system,Web front-end subsystem and App terminal subsystem.After cloud service terminal system is the core business system implementation,system USES based on BAAS cloud services framework architecture,cloud service terminal system all functions are based on the cloud service terminal system provides the function of the after service support and the background,let the back-end business processing and Web front end and terminal APP show separation,ensure the high performance of the entire system,high concurrency,continuous and stable operation.Web front-end subsystem and App terminal subsystem mainly to complete the whole system of the background management and site personnel at the scene of the actual operation,among them,the Web front-end subsystem using JAVA language development,and using the EasyUI as the front-end development framework,the main features include: user login,user management,equipment maintenance management,equipment maintenance task sheet management functions;The App terminal subsystem is developed using the original full-section Android App,mainly realizing functions such as user login,access to maintenance task list,execution process management of maintenance task and maintenance report last time.This substation maintenance site management information system can help on-site maintenance personnel to timely and accurately understand the equipment operation maintenance information,assist maintenance personnel to make correct decisions,to ensure the normal,stable,safe and reliable operation of equipment.
