【摘要】 随着运营管理系统、大供应链管理系统等的广泛应用,库存管理在企业核心竞争力的提升方面发挥着举足轻重的作用,成为各行各业、研究领域关注的重点和难点。基于全球经济一体化的大背景,和日益严峻的市场竞争态势,企业需要结合自身系统特征,明确管理目标。深度挖掘库存管理的重点、难点问题,特别是根据各类库存需求变化的特点,以系统、供应链为中心,提出有针对性的库存管理模式,可以达到降低成本、控制风险、加快库存周转、提升供应链响应速度等目的,为企业市场核心竞争力的提升奠定坚实基础。本文以Q公司为研究主体,采取文献资料法、调查论证法等研究方法对Q公司库存成本管理现状及问题进行系统阐述。首先,系统概述了本课题的研究背景、意义、研究思路和内容。其次,针对本文研究的基础理论进行阐述。主要研究思路是先采取ABC分类法作为定性分析阐述现状及问题,然后根据价值工程方法对关键因素实施量化衡量,构建库存管理控制模型。再次,阐述Q公司基本情况,以及库存成本管理现状。在深入调查、系统分析、全面总结的基础上,得出Q公司库存成本管理主要存在的问题和关键因素。然后,结合Q公司库存成本管理存在的问题及原因,制定了一系列可行、有针对性的优化策略,提供了科学可行的运行方案。最后对改进方案的有效实施,提供了保障机制,并对实施效果进行评价。论文是对Q公司库存成本管理所进行的分析研究,有利于优化Q公司库存成本管理模式,降低企业库存成本。同时,也希望本文的研究结果对其他生产企业具有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the wide application of operation management system and large supply chain management system,inventory management plays an important role in improving the core competitiveness of enterprises.It has become the focus and difficulty of all walks of life and research fields.Based on the background of global economic integration and the increasingly severe market competition situation,enterprises need to combine their own characteristics and clear management objectives.According to the characteristics of various kinds of inventory demand changes,this paper puts forward a specific inventory management model centering on the system and supply chain.In this way,we can reduce costs,control risks,speed up inventory turnover,improve the response speed of supply chain,and lay the foundation for improving the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes Q Company as the research subject,and adopts the methods of documentation,investigation and demonstration.Firstly,it summarizes the research background,significance,research ideas and contents.Secondly,the basic theory of this paper is elaborated.The main research idea is to take ABC classification as a qualitative analysis to elaborate the status quo,and then quantitatively measure the key factors according to the value engineering method to build the inventory management control model.Thirdly,it elaborates the basic situation of Q company and the current situation of inventory cost management,and draws the main problems and key factors of Q company’s inventory cost management.Then,combined with the problems and reasons,a feasible and targeted optimization strategy is formulated,and a scientific and feasible implementation plan is provided.Finally,the effective implementation of the improved scheme provides a guarantee mechanism and evaluates the implementation effect.This paper is an analysis of Q company’s inventory cost management,which is conducive to optimizing Q company’s inventory cost management mode and reducing enterprise’s inventory cost.At the same time,I hope that the results of this study have some reference value and reference significance for other enterprises.更多还原
