神华宁煤动力煤选煤厂细粒煤浮选工艺的研究

【摘要】 随着国家对煤炭资源深加工的重视程度逐步提高,原有的动力煤分选工艺正在从传统的块煤分选末煤不分选逐步向煤炭全级入洗发展,随着环境保护要求的提高,企业对环保的重视程度也在提升,煤泥排放量直接影响企业环保。因此,为最大限度的降低煤泥的排放量,根据动力煤中煤泥可浮性特征,采用有效的分选设备及分选药剂,开展动力煤选煤厂煤泥浮选分选工艺研究已经势在必行。本文首先选取了三个全级洗煤厂进行采样,通过试验结果分析确定了进一步试验的洗煤厂,对原煤进行了物理分析和化学分析,通过分析其矿物组成,明确了原料煤泥化现象严重,给后续分选造成不便。随后对金凤洗煤厂生产煤样的进行采样分析,对煤样做分布释放试验,确定煤样的可浮性,通过对-0.5mm煤样进行不同入料浓度的小浮选试验,确定了浮选入料浓度在80.00g/l时,浮选指标最佳;确定浮选入料浓度后,采用不同浮选药剂进行对比试验,通过不断优化相关药剂制度,得出结论使用昂鑫科级公司提供的捕7#作为捕收剂、仲辛醇作为起泡剂时,浮选效果最佳;得出的结论:动力煤选煤厂煤泥可以通过浮选分选出精煤产品,但可燃体回收率较低,药剂消耗量大,对如何使用合适调整剂进一步降低高灰细泥对浮选的影响仍需进一步研究。选用水玻璃和六偏磷酸钠做为调整剂进行煤泥浮选,通过试验比对,两者均能降低浮选精煤灰分,通过做浮选机和浮选柱的对比试验,确定使用旋流微泡浮选柱作为分选设备,矿浆预处理器作为矿浆准备设备,快开式压滤机作为精煤脱水设备。通过对分选设备进行机理分析选择,对现有厂房进行了设备模拟布置。该论文共有图13幅,表41个,参考文献54篇。
【Abstract】 With the national emphasis on the deep processing of coal resources gradually increased,the original thermal coal separation process is gradually developing from the traditional lump coal separation of the end of coal separation to the full coal washing.With the improvement of environmental protection requirements,enterprises are also paying more attention to environmental protection,and the discharge of coal slime directly affects the environmental protection of enterprises.Therefore,in order to minimize the discharge of slime,according to the floatability characteristics of slime in thermal coal,it is imperative to carry out the research on slime flotation and separation process in thermal coal preparation plant by using effective separation equipment and separation agents.In this paper,three full-grade coal washing plants were selected for sampling,and the coal washing plants for further testing were determined through the analysis of test results.The physical and chemical analysis of raw coal was carried out.Through the analysis of its mineral composition,it was clear that the slime of raw coal was serious,which caused inconvenience to subsequent separation.Then,the coal samples produced in jindongfeng coal washing plant were sampled and analyzed,and the coal samples were tested for distributed release to determine the floatability of the coal samples.Through small flotation tests with different feed concentrations of-0.5mm coal samples,it was determined that the flotation index was the best when the feed concentration of flotation was 80.00g/l.After determining the concentration of flotation feed,different flotation agents were used for comparative tests.By constantly optimizing the relevant reagent system,it was concluded that the flotation effect was the best when angxin keji co.Conclusion:coal slime in thermal coal preparation plant can be used to separate cleaned coal products by flotation,but the recovery rate of combustible body is low and the consumption of chemical agent is high.Sodium silicate and sodium hexametaphosphate as adjusting agent for coal slurry flotation,through the test,can both reduce flotation plant ash,by making comparison experiment of flotation machine and flotation column to determine the vortex micro bubble flotation column as a separation device,the slurry preprocessor as slurry preparation equipment,fast open type of filter press as plant dewatering equipment.Through the mechanism analysis and selection of sorting equipment,the equipment simulation layout of the existing plant was carried out.There are 13 pictures,41tables and 54 references in this paper.
