【摘要】 随着我国各地区正处于持续发展并向未来发展的关键时期,地区政府在维持经济增速等“硬实力”的基础上,需要通过区域形象的建构与传播来为本地区营造良好的舆论环境及与外部世界和谐互动的耦合氛围。区域形象作为地区发展软实力的综合体现,是经济增长、民主政治与社会和谐的重要影响因素和承载。良好的区域形象对内可以最大化统合人的优势与区域发展的协调程度,对外可以超越空间分布,加强域外认知与合作的良性共振。本文试图采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法。定量研究阶段需要建构两个模型,即数据抓取模型与数据分析模型。以Python编程语言环境为基础实现一个数据抓取模型,使用人民日报数据库作为数据抓取对象。抓取分三步:首先抓取版面目录,保存版面链接;然后根据链接获取各版面报道链接,最后访问报道链接以获取《人民日报》数据;在数据分析阶段,首先对上一阶段抓取的数据进行excel数据整合,对“山东”、“济南”等山东相关词进行关键词筛选,筛选好的样本数据通过jieba分词组件、LDA算法进行中文分词、词频统分与主题分类。情感倾向性数据分析主要依托经典中文情感词典对全样本的新闻标题进行赋值加权,根据得分进行情感倾向判定。定性研究阶段主要采用内容分析法,通过从分析模型中获取到的有效样本进行新闻报道的文本内容分析研究。通过涉鲁报道的有效样本统计与内容分析,从2015年至2019年五年间涉鲁报道量稳中有升,其中政治类报道与经济类报道报道基数较大,报道体裁以通讯为主,情感倾向性主要以中性报道为主。在山东区域形象建构现状方面,政治形象与经济形象建构较为全面。三农形象与文化形象聚合力不足,二者形象定位不鲜明。生态类报道比重偏低,多为间接性生态形象塑造。总体而论,山东整体形象存在“偏科”现象,民众期待、形象现状与媒体建构形象存在认知错位。因此,要通过平衡报道主题,依托区域多方面通力合作,加强官方议程设置能力,综合多种形象建构视角,逐渐实现“去自我中心化”。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development and future development of all regions in China,the regional government needs to build a favorable public opinion environment,a harmonious and interactive coupling atmosphere with the external world through the construction and dissemination of regional image on the basis of maintaining the "hard power" such as economic growth.As a comprehensive embodiment of regional development soft power,regional image is an important factor and carrier of economic growth,democratic politics and social harmony.On the one hand a good regional image can maximize the coordination between the advantages of people and regional development,on the other hand,it can also transcend the spatial distribution,strengthen people outside better understand of the area and positive resonance of regional cooperation.This paper attempts to use a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods.In the quantitative research stage,two models need to be constructed,namely data capture model and data analysis model.Based on python programming language environment,a data grabbing model is implemented,and People’s Daily database is used as the data grabbing object.There are three steps for grabbing:first grabbing the page directory and saving the page links;then grabbing the report links of each page according to the links,and finally visiting the report links to get the data of people’s daily;In the stage of data analysis,excel data integration was carried out on the data captured in the previous stage,and keywords were selected for "Shandong","Jinan" and other Shandong province related words.The selected sample data were used for Chinese word segmentation,word frequency unification and subject classification through jieba phrase segmentation and LDA algorithm.The data analysis of emotional tendency mainly relies on the classical Chinese emotional dictionary to assign weights to the full sample of news headlines,and to judge the emotional tendency according to the scores.In the qualitative research stage,content analysis is mainly used to analyze the text content of news reports through the effective samples obtained from the analysis model.Through the effective sample statistics and content analysis of Shandong province related reports,the number of Shandong province related reports has increased steadily from 2015 to 2019,among which the base of political and economic reports is large,the reporting genre is mainly communication,and the emotional tendency is mainly neutral reports.In the current situation of Shandong province regional image construction,the construction of political image and economic image is more comprehensive.The image of agriculture,rural areas and culture is lack of cohesion,and their image positioning is not clear.The proportion of ecological reports is relatively low,and most of them are indirect ecological images.On the whole,there is a phenomenon of "partial discipline" in Shandong’s overall image,and there is a cognitive dislocation between people’s expectation,image status quo and media’s image construction.Therefore,it is necessary to gradually "decentration" by balancing the theme of the report,relying on the cooperation of various regions,strengthening the ability of setting the official agenda,andintegrating various image construction perspectives.更多还原
