基于EPON技术的某市供电局配电网通信系统设计与应用

【摘要】 参考发达国家的配用电网建设经验,提高供电可靠性及质量、扩展供电能力并保证配用电网高效经济运行,关键手段之一即配用电网自动化,这也是智能电网建设的重要基础。智能电网建设,使配用电网自动化获得全新内涵,也由此确立新的发展思路。配电网通信系统是配电自动化的关键部分,其通信手段配置高效,可以保证调度指令可以精确无误的传送至配电终端设备,终端设备执行指令的参数信息及结果也可以向调度中心予以反馈。通过对配电网终端设备装配的分析,了解到其具有地理位置分布面积广、网络结点多以及传输数据量和质量要求高等问题,因此配电网通信系统组网设计尤为关键。EPON技术具有运维简单、组网方式灵活、覆盖面积广、频带宽、网络运行可靠安全等特性,从应用上来看,该技术在智能化配电网络组建过程中不仅应用范围广,而且应用频次最高。本文以某市供电局配电网系统进行案例分析,重点就EPON技术应用基础上的某市供电局配电网通信系统设计与应用进行研究,首先阐明本文研究的前提和目的,梳理并回顾国内外相关课题的前沿研究成果,扼要分析EPON技术原理,使本文的撰写获得理论支撑。调研掌握某市供电局实际情况的同时,深入剖析其配电网运行现状及暴露的缺陷并作分析,立足实务工作分析配电网建设亟需的通信系统需求,由此提出并完善配电网通信系统方案设计,其中涉及到配电网通信系统设计、系统安全性设计等方面,其中系统设计构架分为骨干层和接入层等。在应用实践中,分别评定方案整体、通道设计方案以及光缆典型设计等应用成效,汇总获取最终结论。应用成效评估表明,基于EPON技术的配电通信系统能够契合配电自动化的实际需求,对改善配电信息规范化管理以及提升信息传输交换效率、安全可靠性能均有显著价值,该项应用方案设计对于理论研究和实务工作均具备一定的参考借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the reliability and quality of power supply,expand the power supply capacity and ensure the efficient and economic operation of the power distribution network,one of the key means is the automation of power distribution network,which is also an important basis for the Smart Grid Construction.The construction of smart grid automates the distribution grid.obtain a new connotation,and thus establishes a new development idea.Distribution network communication system plays an important role in distribution automation.The efficient configuration of communication means can ensure that dispatching instructions can be accurately transmitted to the distribution terminal equipment,and the parameter information and results of terminal equipment execution instructions can also be fed back to the dispatching center.Considering the distribution network terminal equipment assembly has the problems of wide geographical distribution area,many network nodes,high data transmission and quality requirements,so the distribution network communication system networking design is particularly critical.EPON Technology has the characteristics of simple operation and maintenance,flexible networking,wide coverage area,wide frequency band,reliable and safe network operation,which is the most frequently used technology in the construction of intelligent distribution network.Based on the case study of the distribution network system of a city’s power supply bureau,this paper focuses on the design and application of the communication system of the distribution network of a city’s Power Supply Bureau based on the application of EPON Technology.On the premise of describing the background and significance of the topic,this paper combs and reviews the frontier research results of related topics at home and abroad,briefly analyzes the EPON Technology principle,so that the writing of this paper can obtain theoretical support.At the same time of investigating and mastering the actual situation of a city’s power supply bureau,deeply analyzing the operation status and exposed defects of its distribution network,based on the practical work,analyzing the communication system needs of the distribution network construction,thus proposing and improving the distribution network communication system scheme design,which involves the distribution network communication system design,system security design and other sides,including the system design framework It is divided into backbone layer and access layer.In the application practice,the application effects of the overall scheme,channel design scheme and typical design of optical cable are evaluated respectively,and the final conclusion is obtained.The evaluation of application results shows that the distribution communication system based on EPON Technology can meet the actual needs of distribution automation,and has significant value in improving the standardized management of distribution information,improving the efficiency of information transmission and exchange,safety and reliability performance.The design of this application scheme has certain reference significance for theoretical research and practical work.
