【摘要】 马克思指出人民群众是指社会居民中的大多数人,处于社会底层从事物质资料生产的劳动群众和参与社会生产活动的知识分子是人民群众最坚实的组成部分,他们不仅创造了供给人们衣食住行的物质财富,还创造了精神财富,是一股重要的社会力量。马克思的群众观认为人民群众是实践的主体,是历史的创造者。它是历史唯物主义的重要组成部分,是我们党在革命和建设事业中不断取得新的胜利的锐利思想武器。本文以马克思的群众观为理论基础,在详细分析马克思群众观形成与发展过程的基础上,梳理出马克思群众观的主要内容,并在深入探讨了党的群众工作中存在的问题及原因之后,阐述了马克思的群众观对完善党的群众工作的指导意义。本论文主要包括四个部分:第一部分是绪论,主要介绍的是开展研究背景与意义,目前国外和国内相关研究现状和本研究主要采用的方法。第二部分是马克思群众观的理论概述。在阐述了马克思的人民群众概念之后,分析了马克思群众观的形成和发展过程,梳理出马克思群众观的主要内容。第三部分是中国共产党群众工作的现状分析。从党风建设在群众路线实践中得到高度重视、党的群众路线教育实践活动得到广泛开展、党领导下的群团组织发挥了重要作用三个方面梳理了党的群众工作所取得的成就。在马克思群众观的指导下,从部分党员干部缺乏群众观念、党员干部腐败问题依然严峻、党的群众工作机制不合理、部分党员干部缺乏和群众的有效沟通、群众利益难以得到合理分配五个方面分析了当前党的群众工作中存在的主要问题。从社会不良风气的影响、党的群众路线教育难以入心入脑、党员干部监督管理机制不完善、党员干部群众工作缺乏评价标准、我国的基层民主发展不充分、社会利益主体结构多样化六个方面分析了党的群众工作中存在问题的成因。第四部分是马克思群众观指导下推进党的群众工作的思考。在马克思群众观的指导下提出从党员干部要牢固树立和坚持党的群众观点、党员干部要切实为人民群众谋利益、全党上下要坚持全面从严治党、加强和完善党的制度建设四个方面推进党的群众工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Marx said that the masses of the people are the most of social inhabitants.The masses of the people includes working people that product material and Intellectuals that Engage in productive activities.They producted not only material wealth but also spiritual wealth.The masses of the people is subject of practice and The creator of history as Marx’s Concept of the Masses.It is an important component of historical materialism.It is a good ideological weapon of the Cmmunist Party of China.This paper mainly includes four parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,the current research status abroad and at home and the main methods used in this study.The second part is the theoretical overview of Marx’s Concept of the Masses.First,it introduces the concept of the masses of the people.And it analyses the forming process of Marx’s Concept of the Masses.Finally it includes the Main content of Marx’s Concept of the Masses.The third part analyses the problems and causes of mass work of the Cmmunist Party of China.First of all,it illuminates the problems.Some party members and cadres lack the concept of the masses.The corruption of party members and cadres is still serious.The party’s mass work mechanism is unreasonable.Some party members and cadres lack effective communication with the masses.The interests of the masses are difficult to get a reasonable distribution.Then it analyses the causes,such as the influence of bad social atmosphere,the party’s mass line education is difficult to get into the mind,the supervision and management mechanism of party members and cadres is not perfect,the lack of evaluation criteria for party members and cadres,the insufficient development of democracy at the grass-roots level in our country,the diversification of the main structure of social interests.The forth part is the promoting effect of Marx’s Concept of the Masses to the Cmmunist Party of China.Party members and cadres should firmly establish and adhere to the party’s views of the masses.Party members and cadres should earnestly seek the interests of the masses.The whole party should adhere to the comprehensive strict rule of the party.Strengthen and improve the party’s system construction to promote the party’s mass work.更多还原
