【摘要】 近年来,随着大数据,云计算,物联网等高新产业的广泛应用,大力推动了软件服务行业的发展。与此同时,为了去适应不断变化的市场,给客户提供更加专业的服务和满意的解决方案,软件服务行业也在遭遇着前所未有的挑战。如何让项目团队快速响应客户需求并由此提高交付质量成为衡量软件项目是否成功的关键指标,敏捷研发和敏捷项目管理方法应运而生。I公司作为全世界重要的信息技术和业务解决方案公司,已有百年历史。随着互联网的热潮,一些新生力量迅速地抢占了市场。公司为了生存,剥离了一些商业价值不高,利润不多的业务,将战略导向从稳定业务转向了动态业务,提出“随需应变”的核心战略并且引入了敏捷软件研发方法。本文从I公司软件研发敏捷项目案例入手,通过阅读项目文件,访谈项目成员,参与观察的方法来收集项目数据。探究发现目前I公司软件研发敏捷项目有三个主要问题,分别是客户满意度低、延期交付和项目成员工作效率低。通过对目前敏捷项目实施过程的深入研究和剖析以及对相关文献资料的分析,挖掘出以上问题存在的原因主要有沟通机制不完善、软件稳定性不强和文档少导致新成员培训周期长。为了解决以上问题,结合敏捷项目管理理论,制定出了建立有效的沟通机制、建立软件性能指标和建立适当文档,这三个适合I公司软件研发敏捷项目的建议和对策。一方面,希望能够提升I公司软件研发敏捷项目开发过程管理能力,提高I公司软件产品和产品服务的质量。另一方面,希望可以通过此次研究完善软件敏捷研发和管理在实践中的方法,为国内软件行业的敏捷研发和管理提供实践模板,充实实践经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the wide application of high-tech industries,the development of software services industry has been greatly promoted.At the same time,in order to adapt to the changing market and provide customers with more professional services and satisfactory solutions,the software service industry is also facing unprecedented challenges.How to enable the project team to respond quickly to customer needs and thereby improve the quality of delivery has become a key indicator to measure the success of software projects.agile R&D and agile project management methods as the times require.As an important information technology and business solution company,I Company has a history of one hundred years.With the upsurge of the Internet,some new forces quickly seized the market.I company diverted some business with low commercial value and low profit and shifted its strategic orientation from stable business to dynamic business.It put forward the core strategy of "on demand" and introduced the agile software development method.Starting with the case of the agile software development project of I Company,this paper collects project data by reading project documents,interviewing project members and participating in observation.After analysis,it is found that the main causes of these problems are low customer satisfaction,delayed delivery and low work efficiency of project members.Through in-depth study and analysis of the current agile project implementation process,the main reasons for the above problems are found to be imperfect communication mechanism,weak software stability and fewer documents,which lead to long training cycle for new members.In order to solve the above problems,combining with the theory of agile project management,three suggestions and countermeasures for the agile project of I company are formulated,which are establishing effective communication mechanism,establishing software performance indicators and establishing appropriate documents.On the one hand,I hope to improve the quality of I Company software products and product services.One the other hand,it is hoped that this research can improve the methods of software agile development and management in practice,it provides a practical template for the agile R&D and management of the domestic software industry and enriches practical experience.更多还原
