【摘要】 随着市场经济的不断发展,国内小额贷款公司如雨后春笋般发展起来,为农户、个体工商户和小微公司融资提供了新的发展平台。小额贷款公司在社会经济发展中逐渐扮演者越来越重要的作用,对于促进农村经济发展、改善中小微公司融资环境方面做出了较大的贡献。然而,必须要注意到的是,在小额贷款公司的发展过程中,风险控制的问题仍然不容忽视,由于小额贷款公司运营的特殊性,使得风险控制成为其发展过程中最核心的问题。本文针对小额贷款公司的风险管理进行研究,选取A小额贷款公司为案例,对其经营模式和管理结构进行了分析,随后对A小额贷款公司的发展历程和风险管理情况进行了深入的调研,在此基础上对A小额贷款公司及其他同类公司的风险水平进行了评价,从而通过与同类企业的对比,得出A小额贷款公司在同行业的风险水平。通过风险评价,本文对A小额贷款公司的风险水平进行判断,并分析该企业在风险管理方面存在的问题,最后根据相关的问题提出了对应的解决策略。本文希望相关应对策略的提出,能够为小额贷款公司的内部控制和风险管理水平提升提供有益的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of market economy,domestic small loan companies have sprung up,providing new development platform for farmers,individual businesses and small and micro companies.Microfinance companies are playing an increasingly important role in the social and economic development.They have made great contributions to promoting rural economic development and improving the financing environment of small and medium-sized companies.However,in the process of the development of microfinance companies,it must be noted that in the process of the development of microfinance companies,the problem of risk control can not be ignored.Because of the particularity of the operation of microfinance companies,risk control has become the core issue in the development process.In this paper,the risk management of microfinance company is studied.Taking A microfinance company as an example,its business model and management structure are analyzed.Then,the development process and risk management of A microfinance company are deeply investigated.On this basis,the risk level of A microfinance company and other similar companies is evaluated,through which the risk level of A microfinance company and other similar companies are compared.Comparing with other enterprises,the risk level of A microfinance company in the same industry is obtained.Through risk assessment,this paper judges the risk level of A microfinance company,and analyses the problems in risk management of the company.Finally,according to the relevant problems,the corresponding solutions are put forward.This paper hopes that the relevant coping strategies can provide useful reference for the internal control and risk management of microfinance company.更多还原
