【摘要】 由于社会生活节奏加快、生活压力大等多种因素,乳腺癌的发病率越来越高。乳腺癌患者遭遇“癌症”这个重大挫折后,原来平静的生活被打破,失去安全感,此时提升这一群体的抗逆力对于他们来说,既可以有助于身体的治疗和恢复,又有利于是他们重新振作起来,树立信心面对今后的生活。本文主要从三个方面对如何提升乳腺癌患者抗逆力的方法进行探索。第一,探究分析国内外相关文献,第二,探究乳腺癌患者抗逆力提升的方向,第三,探究个案工作介入乳腺癌患者的抗逆力提升的具体方法和技巧。本文以优势视角为理论基础,通过问卷和访谈的形式了解了乳腺癌患者的抗逆力水平,运用个案工作的方式对选出的三位案主进行介入。第一位案主经历双重变故,第二位案主家境贫困并且有自卑心理,第三位案主患癌后心理上产生巨大落差。本文通过个案工作介入帮助案主转变生活态度,正视患癌这一事实,用恰当的方式排解负面情绪,重新树立起对生活的信心,用积极阳光的心态来面对癌症,更好地接受治疗以及日后的康复,使案主的生活重新回到正轨。与此同时,在个案工作开展的过程中总结优势视角介入乳腺癌患者抗逆力提升的方法、优势及局限,使乳腺癌患者这一群体在患病后更好的重新融入正常的社会生活,促进医务社会工作的发展。本文认为,对乳腺癌患者抗逆力提升可以从几方面进行。一是使乳腺癌患者接受更多疾病的相关知识,正确认识乳腺癌,减少因片面了解而对乳腺癌产生的恐惧心理。二是让乳腺癌患者正确认识自己,了解自己的性格特征,特长爱好。三是使乳腺癌患者思维转变,不再将负面信息看得很重,更关注于自己身上的优点和长处,扬长避短,以乐观的心态看待人生,会主动的寻求身边的帮助。四是使患者学会给自己树立目标,明确未来的方向,明确自己想要怎样的生活,朝着这个方向去努力。在个案工作介入后,笔者对三位案主的抗逆力再次进行评估,抗逆力均有了提升,说明通过个案工作的方法可以有效提升个体的抗逆力。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the pace of social life is speeding up,the pressure of life and other factors,the incidence of breast cancer is increasing.Breast cancer patients suffer from the major setback of "cancer",the original quiet life was broken,loss of security,at this time to enhance the resilience of this group for them,not only can help the treatment and recovery of the body,but also help them to re-energize and build confidence in the face of future life.This article mainly explores how to improve the resistance of breast cancer patients from three aspects.First,to explore and analyze the relevant literature at home and abroad.Second,to explore the direction of breast cancer patients’resilience improvement.Third,to explore the specific methods and skills of case work intervention in breast cancer patients’ resilience enhancement.Based on the theory of superiority perspective,through questionnaires and interviews to understand the level of resilience of breast cancer patients,using the way of case work to intervene in the three selected cases.The first case-holder experienced double changes,the second case-holder was poor and had inferiority complex,and the third case-holder suffered from cancer had a huge psychological gap.This article through the case work intervention to help the case owners change their attitude towards life,face up to the fact of cancer,dispel negative emotions in an appropriate way,re-establish confidence in life,face cancer with a positive sunshine mentality,better receive treatment and rehabilitation in the future,so that the case owners’life returns to the right track.At the same time,in the process of carrying out case work,we summarized the methods,advantages and limitations of advantageous perspective to intervene in the improvement of resistance of breast cancer patients,so as to make breast cancer patients better integrate into normal social life after illness,and promote the development of medical and social work.This article holds that the improvement of resistance of breast cancer patients can be carried out from several aspects.One is to enable breast cancer patients to receive more knowledge about diseases,to correctly understand breast cancer,and to reduce the fear of breast cancer caused by one-sided understanding.Second,let breast cancer patients correctly understand themselves,understand their own personality characteristics,specialties and hobbies.Third,change the thinking of breast cancer patients,no longer attach great importance to negative information,pay more attention to their own strengths and strengths,develop strengths and avoid weaknesses,look at life with an optimistic attitude,will actively seek help around.Fourth,make patients learn to set goals for themselves,clear the direction of the future,clear what kind of life they want,and strive in this direction.After the intervention of case work,the author evaluates the resilience of the three cases again,and the resilience has been improved,which shows that the method of case work can effectively enhance the individual resilience.更多还原
