集装箱港内交通信号灯选址研究

【摘要】 随着全球产业分工的发展,跨境贸易量不断增长,为港口航运业的发展提供强劲的推动力,对港口发展带来了新的契机。集装箱运输量的增加、船舶大型化趋势不改,许多大型港口的每天吞吐集装箱数量巨大,每当港口进入作业高峰时,港区的繁忙路段拥堵严重,严重影响港口的运营效率。为了提高港内交通的运行效率,减缓交通拥堵,探讨在港口设置交通信号的可行性。本文简述了离散网络设计问题、双层规划问题、多商品流问题等相关理论,同时对集装箱港口特性和港内交通特点进行了分析。结合城市信号灯设置条件和港内交通实际,确定设置交通信号灯的备选交叉口的选取条件。然后建立离散交通网络设计的港内交通灯选址模型。求解模型首先将带有用户均衡的下层模型的双层模型转换为基于系统最优的单层模型;其次将离散的网络设计问题转化为基于多商品流的连续问题:然后将指数型的多商品流问题分段线性化转化为线性问题,最后利用cplex求解最优的交叉口选址及信号配时方案。模型建立完成之后应用交通灯选址模型对盐田国际集装箱港口进行案例分析。同时利用仿真软件进行模型验证,结果证明在盐田港内设置交通信号灯是可行的、模型在求解交通信号灯的选址问题上是有效的。本文的条件下,设置交通灯可以提高港口的效率,降低港内交通的总的时间。如果只设置一个交通灯,选择68号设置交通灯对路网最优。最佳的交通信号灯的设置数量是设置2个交通信号灯,研究发现港内设置交通灯的数量并不是越多越好,当超过一定的数量反而会妨碍交通流的高效运行。

【Abstract】 With the development of global industrial division,the volume of cross-border trade keeps growing,which provides a strong impetus for the development of port and shipping industry and brings new opportunities for port development.In the fierce competition,only ports that can provide better service,faster logistics and more efficient operation can stand out.Many large ports handle a large number of containers every day.When the port enters the peak operation period,the busy section in the port area is seriously congested,which seriously affects the operation efficiency of the port.In order to improve the operation efficiency of the port tra:ffic,reduce the traffic congestion,the feasibility of setting up the traffic signal in the port is discussed.In this paper,the related theories of discrete network design,bi-level programming,multi-commodity flow and user equilibrium are briefly introduced,and the characteristics of container ports and port traffic are analyzed.Due to the operation of the port and the traffic characteristics in the port,the appropriate intersection is selected as the selected intersection according to the traffic characteristics in the port and the urban traffic light setting regulations.Then,a traffic light location model based on user equilibrium theory is established.First,the bi-level model with user equilibrium is transformed into a single-layer model based on system optimization.Secondly,the discrete network design problem is transformed into a continuous problem based on multi-commodity flow.Finally,the optimal intersection location and signal timing scheme are solved by using cplex.After the model,the case study of YICT is carried out with the traffic light location model.The simulation software is used to verify the model,and the result proves that the model is effective in solving the location problem of traffic lights.Under the conditions of this paper,the setting of traffic lights can improve the efficiency of the port and reduce the total time of traffic in the port.If only one traffic light is set,select no.68 to set the traffic light to be optimal for the road network.In addition,the study found that when the number of traffic lights in the port exceeds a certain number,the operation efficiency of traffic flow will be reduced.
