【摘要】 近年来,网络社会发展迅速,网络集群行为已成为当前形势下集群行为的典型。互联网凭借其庞大的用户规模和其本身相对匿名性、开放互动性等特点,使得网络集群行为的形成和传播方式发生了巨大的变化。网络虚拟空间中,情绪始终是主基调,一个人情绪的波动和变化很容易影响到其他人,不知不觉情绪被感染,这往往造成网民对网上信息进行认知时产生障碍,从而加剧网络集群行为的形成。因此,对网络集群行为影响因素进行研究,并探究情绪感染是如何发挥中介作用的,具有重要的理论与现实意义。首先,在回顾相关理论的基础之上,确定了影响网络集群行为的四大影响因素,分别是个体因素、群体因素、事件因素、情绪因素。个体因素包括去个体化和人际信任,群体因素包括群体认同和群体效能,事件因素包括事件刺激性和事件公共度,情绪因素用情绪感染度量,选取执行意向作为被解释变量。根据各变量间的作用关系提出相关假设,构建了情绪感染中介作用下网络集群行为影响因素模型。其次,通过调查问卷收集数据,利用SPSS和AMOS对数据进行处理,建立结构方程模型,并检验情绪感染的中介作用。结果表明:(1)去个体化、人际信任、群体认同、群体效能、事件刺激性、事件公共度、情绪感染,对执行意向有显著影响;(2)情绪感染在去个体化、人际信任、群体认同、群体效能对执行意向的影响路径中存在部分中介作用;在事件公共度对执行意向的影响路径中存在完全中介作用。最后,针对实证分析结果,从政府、媒体、网民三个层面,分别提出相关干预策略,为构建和谐稳定的网络社会提供一定借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the rapid development of network society,network cluster behavior has become the typical cluster behavior in the current situation.The Internet,with its huge scale of users and its own characteristics of relative anonymity,openness and interactivity,makes the formation and transmission mode of network cluster behavior change dramatically.In the virtual space of the network,emotion is always the dominant tone,and the fluctuation and change of one’s emotion can easily affect others,and the emotion is unconsciously infected,which often leads to the barrier of Internet users in the cognition of online information,thus aggravating the formation of network cluster behavior.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the influencing factors of network cluster behavior and explore how emotional contagion plays a mediating role.Firstly,on the basis of relevant theories,the four influencing factors of network cluster behavior are determined,which are individual factor,group factor,event factor and emotional factor.Individual factors include deindividuation and interpersonal trust,group factors include group identification and group effectiveness,event factors include event stimulus and event publicity,emotional factors are measured by emotional infection,and execution intention is selected as the explained variable.Based on the relationship between the variables,this paper proposes relevant hypotheses and constructs a network cluster behavior influencing factor model under the mediation of emotional contagion.Secondly,data were collected through questionnaires,SPSS and AMOS were used to process the data,the structural equation model was established,and the mediating effect of emotional infection was tested.The results showed that:(1)deindividuation,interpersonal trust,group identification,group effectiveness,event stimulation,event publicity,and emotional infection had significant effects on executive intention.(2)There are some mediating effects of emotional contagion on the influence paths of deindividuation,interpersonal trust,group identification and group effectiveness on executive intention.There is a complete mediating effect in the influe nce path of event commonality on execution intention.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,relevant intervention strategies are proposed from the three levels of government,media and Internet users,so as to provide some reference for the construction of a harmonious and stable network society.更多还原
