杨伙盘煤矿机电安全巡检管理信息系统研究

【摘要】 本文以控制煤矿机电安全风险与消除煤矿机电设备故障与事故隐患、高效开展煤矿安全生产标准化管理为目的,针对煤矿现场安全生产现状,分析了机电设备安全巡检管理信息化的基础需求,并设计了满足煤矿机电设备信息管理、安全巡检任务计划制定、安全巡检、故障统计分析、机电设备安全运行评价、安全巡检管理考核实施等实际需求的煤矿机电设备安全巡检管理信息系统,并完成了系统实现与应用分析。首先通过分析煤矿现场机电安全管理制度,得出构建安全巡检信息系统的基础数据需求以及功能需求,基于此设计安全巡检业务相关数据结构及其内在关联关系,并提出了机电安全风险辨识与机电设备故障与问题的关联评估方法,采用贝叶斯分类方法综合评价方法实现了机电设备安全运行状态的动态定量评价;其次,设计了系统软硬件技术架构,从运行环境、数据交互方式及关键技术方面阐述了系统设计的先进性;最后,以杨伙盘煤矿为实例开展系统实现与应用分析研究,重点实现了机电设备故障与问题的反馈式闭环管理以及检修维护信息管理与安全巡检管理考核。通过系统应用分析,以高效、便捷的方式促使煤矿的机电安全管理系统化、规范化,实现了全员参与的机电安全信息化管理,对煤矿机电设备故障与安全风险的有效控制,以信息化管理方式提高了煤矿机电安全管理水平。

【Abstract】 In order to control the risk of electromechanical safety,eliminate the hidden hazards of electromechanical equipment in coal mine and carry out the standardized management of coal mine safety production efficiently,this paper analyzed the basic requirement of informationization of electromechanical safety inspection management,and designed the system to meet the safety inspection of electromechanical equipment in coal mine,and then the electromechanical equipment safety management information system has been establish,ed,including the safety inspection,mechanical and electrical equipment safety operation evaluation,safety management assessment and implementation,which meet the actual needs of coal mine electromechanical equipment safety management,and completed the system implementation and application analysis.Firstly,the basic data and function requirement of constructing safety inspection information system are obtained by analyzing the electromechanical safety management system on coal mine site.Based on this,the data structure of safety inspection business and its intrinsic correlation are designed,and the related evaluation method of electromechanical equipment fault and problem is put forward.Secondly,the software and hardware technical framework of the system is designed,and the advantage of the system is expounded from the aspects of operating environment,data interaction mode and key technology.Finally,the system implementation and application analysis is carried out with Yanghuopan coal mine as an example.The feedback closed-loop management of electromechanical equipment faults and problems,and the information management of follow-up maintenance and safety inspection management assessment are mainly realized.Through the analysis of the system application,the coalmine’s electromechanical safety management is systematized and standardized in an efficient and convenient way,and,the information management of electromechanical safety involving all the staff is realized.
