供暖燃煤锅炉的分布式控制系统设计

【摘要】 锅炉是为工业行业领域中的公司企业提供动力与能源的重要设备,也是我国北方集中供暖和楼体供热的主要设施。锅炉的工作过程,是根据锅炉的性能和负荷需要,通过燃料的燃烧,产生所需要的蒸汽或者热水。燃煤锅炉是锅炉的主要种类。燃煤锅炉分布式控制系统,是对锅炉热工参数进行检测和显示,也是对锅炉的运行进行控制并实施保护与联锁,以此来保证锅炉运行的经济性和安全性的计算机监控系统。论文主要概述了供暖燃煤锅炉自动控制系统的发展状况,分析了供暖燃煤锅炉的过程工艺,给出了供暖燃煤锅炉分布式控制系统的总体设计方案。过程监控级采用工业控制计算机,现场控制级采用西门子S7-300系列可编程逻辑控制器。分析了供暖燃煤锅炉出水温度控制、燃烧控制及炉膛负压控制等的特性,研究设计了供暖燃煤锅炉过程控制方法,完成了供暖燃煤锅炉分布式控制系统的数据采集、数据处理、实时自动调节与联锁控制。基于WINCC组态软件,开发了供暖燃煤锅炉过程监控系统,包括过程工艺实时动态显示、数据管理、参数设置、报警与联锁等,实现了锅炉过程的系统参数实时显示、数据历史记录、故障的安全保护、报警以及报表打印等诸多功能。

【Abstract】 The industrial boiler which is providing a kind of very important driving force for the equipment and energy,is also the very important central heating and the main heating equipment for the building in our north China,its working process is based on the standard of process and load to produce steam or hot water with certain pressure and temperature.Distributed control system of coal-fired boiler is a computer monitoring system that detects and displays the thermal parameters of the boiler,controls the operation of the boiler,and implements protection and interlocking to ensure the economy and safety of the boiler operation.The article mainly presented the development status and process flow of central heating boilers and small-scale automatic control system,and on this basis,the process characteristics of coal-fired boiler are analyzed and designed.The process flow and design scheme of distributed control system for heating coal-fired boiler based on industrial control computer are studied.And the combustion control system of coal-fired boiler and the control method of drum water level control system are studied and designed in the paper too.Based on the industrial control configuration software,the boiler monitoring software and other systems are developed,which can help to realize the functions of automatic load regulation,real-time display of system parameters,data history record,fault safety protection and alarm,report printing and so on in the distributed control process of heating coal-fired boilers.At the same time,the development and design of process control loop and data acquisition module,fault interlocking module and so on are completed based on PLC in the article.The field debugging and running process of the control system and the results show that the system runs reliably and stably,and meets the requirements of various industrial designs,and improves the production efficiency of the equipment.
