【摘要】 信息技术能加强企业管理,增强企业竞争力,巩固企业的竞争地位,这使得ERP越来越受重视。中国企业对ERP足够重视,并取得很大成绩,发展趋势也十分乐观,但仍存在许多亟待解决的问题。这些问题是ERP项目的企业更深一步转型的阻力。如何科学、有效地评价ERP项目,是最重要的环节之一。针对ERP项目在中国电视购物行业实施后缺乏系统有效的后评价体系,本文以快乐购为案例运用战略管理、财务管理、人力资源管理和项目管理等相关理论,对快乐购公司实施的ERP项目进行深入分析。通过研究国内和国外学术界关于项目后评价,尤其是ERP项目的研究现状和方法的文献基础上,针对电视购物行业的特点,构建一套适合电视购物行业的ERP项目后体系和操作流程。根据平衡记分卡原理,制定出包含财务、客户、内部运作、学习和成长四方面的指标体系对ERP实行的目标,影响和可持续性方面进行了评价,然后,通过采用专家综合评分法进行评价,采用层次分析法确定各指标权重,这样可以减少主观评价的滥用。采用模糊综合分析法将定性分析转化为定量计算。最后,分析ERP的评价结果,对企业管理者进行反馈,使企业根据自身特点进行修正,并提出了改进的策略和方法,并制定了相应的保障措施。本文的后评价系统和改进的措施方案运用于实际分析ERP系统在快乐采购公司中的实际效果,结果与实际应用效果一致。结果表明,本文所提出的评价体系具有科学性和参考意义。根据后评价的结论,提出了相应的改进策略和方法。本文的研究对同类企业的项目后评价和改进具有很好的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Information technology can strengthen enterprise management,enhance enterprise competitiveness and consolidate the competitive position of enterprises,which makes ERP more and more valued.Chinese enterprises have paid enough attention to ERP and have made great achievements.The development trend is also very optimistic,but many problems should be solved urgently.These problems restrict the transformation of ERP enterprises to a deeper and higher level.How to evaluate the application results of ERP projects scientifically and effectively and correctly reveal the use of ERP is one of the most important links.After the implementation of the ERP project in China’s TV shopping industry,there is a lack of effective ERP post evaluation system,so that ther e is still a certain gap compared with foreign advanced enterprises.Based on the theory of financial management,project management,human resource management and strategic management,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the post evaluation of the ERP project of the Happigo company.On the basis of studying the theory and methods of ERP project evaluation both at home and abroad,a post evaluation model of ERP project and the post evaluation process of ERP project with operability are put forward in view of the characteristics of the TV shopping industry.The ERP project post evaluation index system based on Balanced Scorecard is constructed,and the performance evaluation index system of ERP application is established from four aspects of finance,customer,internal operation,learning and growth,and the application performance of ERP is evaluated.When establishing index weights,expert comprehensive scoring and analytic hierarchy process are adopted to reduce the abuse of subjective evaluation and combine qualitative analysis with quantitative calculation.The fuzzy synthetic analysis method is used to judge the establishment of matrix and transform qualitative analysis into quantitative calculation.Finally,the evaluation results of ERP are analyzed,and the feedback is made to the enterprise manager,which makes the enterprise amend the behavior according to its own goal,and provides some suggestions for the further development of the enterprise.Through the analysis of the ERP project’s post evaluation conclusion,it puts forward the improvement strategies and methods,and formulating corresponding safeguards.The ERP project post evaluation system is used to analyze the practical application effect of a Happigo company ERP system.The result is consistent with the actual application results,which shows that the evaluation system proposed in this paper has certain scientific and reference value.According to the conclusion of the post evaluation,the corresponding improvement strategies and method s are put forward.The research in this paper has a good reference for similar enterprises in post project evaluation and improvement.更多还原
