【摘要】 随着国民经济的迅速发展,环氧树脂的应用领域也不断扩大,需求量越来越大,对产品的品种和质量要求也越来越高。我国环氧树脂消费量占到全球消费量的40%以上,已经成为全球最大的环氧树脂消费市场,同时成为全球环氧树脂的主要增长力量,推动着全球环氧树脂产业保持较高增长。环氧树脂业务作为XC公司的核心业务,随着环氧树脂行业的发展,目前装置的产能已经无法满足市场的需求,因此装置产能的扩大具有强烈的迫切性和必要性,提高XC公司环氧树脂产品的市场竞争力和市场占有率,提高经济效益的同时也提高社会效益,增强发展后劲,为良性发展打下基础,对XC公司具有重大意义。本文主要内容如下:(1)本文对三个不同的技术方案进行可行性研究,从技术可行性分析、安全环保分析和财务分析三个角度,对三个方案的可行性进行深入分析。研究结果表明:三个方案均可行。(2)依据指标选择原则,从先进适用、财务指标、安全可靠、工程设计、科技创新、技术来源与发展、环境影响、产品质量与消耗、装置柔度与稳定性等方面,构建评价指标体系,并界定了各个指标的含义和作用。(3)利用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重值,并采用专家打分法来评价扩产方案。(4)采用模糊综合评价对三个扩产方案进行了优选,预反应法成为最终的方案。扩产方案选择是一个复杂的过程,需要从多方面进行综合考虑,本文的研究解决XC公司环氧树脂扩产项目方案优选问题,还可为XC公司或其他公司类似项目的建设提供重要借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the national economy and spread of Epoxy Resin applications,the demand for Epoxy Resin is getting bigger and bigger,the product variety and quality requirements are getting higher and higher.China ’s market has become the world’s largest for Epoxy Resin,it’s consumption of Epoxy Resin accounted for more than 40% of global consumption,and also it has become the world’s main growth factor in Epoxy Resin industry,and it also promotes the global Epoxy Resin industry to maintain high growth.With the development of Epoxy Resin industry,Epoxy Resin business is the core business of XC company,the current production capacity of the device has been unable to meet the needs of the market,so the expansion of the device capacity has a strong urgency and necessity to improve the XC Epoxy Resin products market competitiveness and market share,improve economic efficiency and also improve social benefits,enhance the development potential,lay the foundation for healthy development,this is great significant to XC company.The main contents of this paper are as follows.(1)This paper analyzes the feasibility of the three schemes from three aspects,technical feasibility analysis,safety and environmental analysis and financial analysis.The results show that the three schemes are all feasible.(2)According to the principle of selection of indicators,advanced and applicable,financial indicators,safe and reliable,engineering design,scientific and technological innovation,technology sources and development,environmental impact,product quality and consumption,flexibility and stability composed the evaluation index system,and also defines the meaning and role of each indicator.(3)Use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight value of the evaluation index,and use Experts Grading Method to evaluate the expansion program.(4)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to optimize the three expansion schemes,the pre-response method becomes the final solution.In the process of optimization for the expansion plan,that needs to be considered in a number of ways.The research of this paper solves the optimization problem of XC Epoxy Resin expansion project,and it will provide an important reference for XC company or other company similar projects.更多还原
