【摘要】 在线教育是“互联网+教育”的产物,其具有互联网和教育两个行业的属性。从2013年起,在线教育创业领域进入了持续的井喷时期。大量资本和创业者的进入催生了成百上千的在线教育创业企业,这些初创企业在创业团队、商业模式、组织管理及营销等方面均具有不同的特点。在线教育初创企业的创业管理有哪些核心环节,创业者如何把握这些环节以提升创业成功率是个重要的问题。本文回顾了创业的相关理论,分析了互联网创业管理的核心环节,并对各个环节所应注意的原则或事项进行了描述。然后本文切入在线教育创业领域,具体分析了这些创业管理的核心环节在在线教育创业当中的具体情况。本文通过对纯在线内容类在线教育A公司的案例分析及问卷调研,获取了其团队成员对公司创业管理核心环节的客观评价。发现了团队成员风险厌恶度高、公司激励机制不明确、人才梯队不完善、职能划分不清晰、竞争壁垒不强等问题。本文对A公司存在的创业管理问题提出了若干改进建议,并基于创业管理核心环节的角度,对我国在线教育创业企业的发展做出展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 E-Learning is the mixture of “Internet +” Education.It has both the characteristics of the Internet and education industry.From 2013 till now,countless investment and entrepreneurs have been entering the Chinese Elearning industry.Such newly founded companies are different in many aspects.What are the key processes of the entrepreneurial management for these companies,and how such companies better perform in the processes are key questions that entrepreneurs in the industry need to consider.We review the theoretical foundation of entrepreneurship,analyzes the key processes in the Internet entrepreneurial management and describe the principles in such processes.We then enter the e-learning industry and assess the details of each process in the industry.Using the case of a pure online content-oriented e-learning start-up,we conduct a study of how specifically the entrepreneurial management is implemented in a real company.We also designed a survey to the team members of that company to get object and comprehensive data.Based on the research above,the article concludes in several suggestions to Chinese e-learning start-ups.更多还原
