【摘要】 作为中国变迁过程中形成的特殊群体,流动儿童自诞生起就引起了大众的关注,近些年来,随着流动儿童增长速度的加快、数量的激增,流动儿童问题逐渐成为了社会关注的焦点。作为较新的研究范式,证据为本的实践模式从被引入到国内就被学术界密切关注,其被认为是可以介入到具体问题的一种范式,是推动社会工作在中国发展并获得社会认同的一个可能策略。本文依托于社会工作者实习时参与的N社区流动儿童项目的服务实践,选取10名流动儿童作为服务对象,在具体的服务实践中,社会工作者采取证据为本的实践模式,深入分析服务对象困境,开展小组工作进行介入。首先,详细的展示了如何选取服务对象,并了解服务对象的情况与需求;其次,确定如何选取最佳的证据,并将“最佳证据”、“服务对象情况与偏好”、“工作者情况与特质”有机结合,形成“证据为本”社会工作三圈模型;再次,结合证据灵活制定小组工作计划书并进行实施;最后,将干预的结果进行评估,确定其是否达到预期,从而评估介入方式的有效性和证据的充分性。总之,本文期望藉由证据为本的操作化尝试,在解决流动儿童具体困境的同时,对证据为本的实践模式进行一个探讨,研究该模式是怎样进行的,有哪些基本步骤,其应用于流动儿童问题上是否具有可行性;并反思在实际操作过程中,证据为本的实践模式存在怎样的优势,又面临着怎样的挑战。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a special group formed in the process of China’s transition,the floating children have attracted the attention of the public since the birth.In recent years,with the acceleration of the growth rate and the rapid increase of the number of the floating children,the floating children have gradually become the focus of social attention.As a relatively new research paradigm,the evidence-based practice model has been paid close attention by academia since it was introduced into China.It is considered to be a paradigm that can be involved in specific issues and a possible strategy to promote the development of social work in China and gain social recognition.This paper relies on the service practice of the N-Community Mobile Children Project in which the social worker takes part in the practice.Ten migrant children were selected as service objects.In the specific service practice,social workers took the evidence-based practice mode,analyzed the plight of service objects deeply,and carried out group work to intervene.First of all,it shows how to select service objects in detail and understand the situation and requirements of service objects.Secondly,determine how to select the best evidence,and combine "best evidence","service object situation and preference","worker situation and trait" organically to form "evidence-based" social work three-circle model;Thirdly,the work plan of the group should be formulated and implemented flexibly according to the evidence.Finally,the outcome of the intervention is evaluated to determine whether it meets expectationsand thus to assess the effectiveness of the intervention and the adequacy of the evidence.In summary,this article expects an evidence-based manipulation attempt.While addressing the specific plight of migrant children,conduct an exploration of the evidence-based practice model,examine how it is carried out,what the basic steps are and whether it is feasible to apply it to migrant children;And rethinks in the actual operation process,the evidence-based practice mode has what advantages,and faces what challenges.更多还原
