基于工业物联网实验平台的远程监控系统设计与实现

【摘要】 目前现代工业正在与新一代信息技术进行深度融合,这也将引发新的工业变革。从德国“工业4.0”到“中国制造2025”战略规划的提出,现代工业将实现从工业信息化到工业智能化的全面转变。5G作为第五代移动通信技术,在2019年将迎来正式商用,也将会给物联网带来很多新的发展机遇。同时工业是国家的重要支柱,因此工业物联网也一直是近些年来研究的热点。针对传统工业依靠人力在工业生产现场监控生产设备,极大的消耗了人力和财力以及其所存在的安全问题等,在分析了消息队列遥测传输(MQTT)协议的基础上,根据现有上海艾络格电子技术有限公司AS-IOT820工业物联网实验平台,结合项目的实际需求,实现了工业物联网实验平台的远程监控系统,满足了远程移动终端监控工业设备的需要,同时提供了历史数据查询和分析的可视化,为管理人员决策提供了参考,为工业物联网远程监控提供了可参考的解决方案。通过对实验平台功能和现有工业物联网远程监控系统的分析、用例建模,对远程监控系统进行了详细的需求分析,接着对工业物联网实验平台远程监控系统的主要结构和功能模块进行了设计,对系统的数据结构进行规范化约束,然后编码实现了完整的远程监控系统,对系统进行了功能测试、性能测试和现场联调测试,系统测试运行正常、结果良好,满足了系统预期的效果。最后对系统的设计和开发过程进行了总结,并对未来可完成的工作进行了展望。

【Abstract】 At present,modern industry is deeply integrated with the new generation of information technology,which will also lead to new industrial changes.From Germany’s "Industrial 4.0" to "Made in China 2025" strategic planning,modern industry will realize a comprehensive transformation from industrial informatization to industrial intelligence.As the fifth generation mobile communication technology,5G will be officially commercialized in 2019 and will bring many new development opportunities to the Internet of Things(IoT).At the same time,industry is an important pillar of the country,so the Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)has been a research hotspot in recent years.In view of the traditional industry relying on manpower to monitor production equipment at industrial production sites,which greatly consuming human and financial resources and existing security problems,based on the analysis of the message queuing telemetry transport(MQTT)protocol,according to the existing AS-IOT820 IIoT Experimental Platform produced by Shanghai Analog Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.,combined with the actual needs of the project,realized the remote monitoring system of the IIoT experimental platform,which satisfies the needs of remote mobile terminal monitoring industrial equipment,and providing historical data query and the visualization of analysis provides a reference for managers’ decision-making and provides a reference solution for IIoT remote monitoring.Through the analysis of the experimental platform function and the existing IIoT remote monitoring system,through the use case modeling,the detailed monitoring of the remote monitoring system is carried out,and then the main structure and function modules of the remote monitoring system are designed.The data structure of the system is standardized and constrained,and then the complete remote monitoring system is implemented.Finally,the system is tested for functional test,performance test and on-site joint debugging.The system test results are good,expects the effect,and runs normally.Finally,the paper summarizes the design and development process of the system,and looks forward to the future work that can be done.
