【副题名】以2010年-2018年中国新闻奖国际传播奖作品为例

【摘要】 随着中国综合实力的提升及国际参与度、影响力的提高,国际社会越来越关注中国的动态,但由于意识形态差异和文化差异的存在,对我国经济社会发展的误读和曲解也随之产生。为了应对当下复杂的国际舆论形势,改变国际话语权“西强我弱”的格局,党的十九大报告明确指出要“推进国际传播能力建设,讲好中国故事,展现真实、立体、全面的中国,提高国家文化软实力。”本文为探析如何提升中国国际传播的叙事能力,选取中国主流媒体国际传播实践的标杆性成果——中国新闻奖国际传播奖作为研究样本,以新闻叙事理论和新闻话语分析理论为基础,结合内容分析法,从叙事结构、叙事要素和叙事话语三个维度切入进行深入探讨。通过对2010年至2018年共计241个样本的内容分析,研究发现获奖作品具有以下特点:叙事视角多元化;叙事通俗化程度不断加深,人文气息增加,形式更为多元;传播渠道较为依赖国内传统媒体;国际传播议题以政治、历史、文化类为主,对不涉及中国的国际热点事件的报道还有所欠缺;民间叙事、国际叙事尚显不足;国际传播的价值观主要体现为和谐发展、忠孝仁义、爱国主义、和平友好、民主法治、创新精神这六类。基于中国新闻奖国际传播类作品的现状,本论文建议国际新闻叙事应当将国际体系叙事、国家/官方叙事、民间叙事三者相结合,坚持以具有中国特色的共享价值观为精神内核,展现人类共通的情感,以符合国际受众习惯的话语表述和独特的视角来讲述中国故事,在叙事中重视“人”的作用,运用融媒体技术,通过新媒体开展“轻传播”和社交裂变,加强互动。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the improvement of China’s comprehensive strength,international participation and influence,the international community’s attention to China has been continuously strengthened.However,due to the differences in ideology and cultural differences,misunderstandings and misinterpretations of China’s economic and social development have followed.In order to cope with the current complicated international public opinion situation and change the "West is strong and East is weak" pattern of the international discourse power,the party’s 19 th National Congress Report clearly pointed that "for the purpose of improving the national cultural soft power,we should promote international communication capacity,tell the Chinese story and show real,three-dimensional,comprehensive China."This thesis is aimed to explore how to improve the narrative ability of China’s international communication,and select the typical achievements of the international communication practice of Chinese mainstream media-international communication works of the Chinese News Award as research samples.Based on the theory of news narrative and the theory of news discourse analysis,this paper combines the content analysis method and discusses in three dimensions-narrative structure,narrative elements and narrative discourse.After analyzing the total 241 samples from 2010 to 2018,it is concluded that the rewarding works have the following characteristics:(1)The narrative perspective is diversified.(2)The degree of popularization of narratives is deepened,the cultural atmosphere is increased and the form is more diverse.(3)The channels of communication rely more on domestic traditional media.(4)The topic of international communication is mainly political,historical and cultural,but there is still a shortage of international hot events that do not involve China.(5)Folk narratives and international narratives are still insufficient.(6)The values of the international communication are mainly reflected in harmonious development,Loyalty and filial piety,patriotism,peace and friendship,democracy and the rule of law,innovation.Based on the current status of the international communication works of Chinese News Awards,the author suggests that the international news narrative should combine theinternational narrative with the national/official narrative and the folk narrative;adhere to the universal value with Chinese characteristics as the core of the spirit,showing the commonality of humanity emotions.We also should tell Chinese stories in a way that conforms to the habits of international audiences and pay attention to the role of "people" in narratives.In addition,we can carry out lightweight communication and social fission by media convergence,which will contribute to the interaction in digital news media.更多还原
