【摘要】 针对移动互联网应用技术的不断发展,无线网络的升级换代以及PDA终端性能的日益增强,现有交通移动警务系统的软硬件架构已经无法满足新形势下的交通管理要求。通过采用SOA技术,建设一套符合公安部安全接入规范,支持跨平台部署,实现应用统一的管理、统一发布及实时更新,具备完善的后台日志监管功能,满足各类交警移动业务需求的移动警务系统,以便执法执勤民警使用一体化执法终端、平板电脑等移动设备实现信息采集、综合查询比对、违法处理、事故处理、车辆查验、指挥调度、巡逻盘查、勤务考核、移动办公等业务操作。本文针对基于SOA技术的交通移动警务系统的特点,对该系统进行了需求分析,构建了该系统的总体架构,并对系统的功能设计和详细设计进行了重点研究。该系统在查询、执法及系统功能方面均符合预期要求,为一线执法交警提高工作效率提供了充分的技术保障。本文主要研究以下几方面的工作:1.在业务需求与总体设计方面,本论文在对系统进行功能需求和非功能需求分析的前提下,搭建了系统总体架构,从而保证了总体架构设计的先进性成熟性和可实施性。2.在系统的功能设计方面,本文进行了贴近执法实际的研究。路面执勤交警可以利用本系统实现交警业务的自动化处理及信息的采集,包括综合查询、路面违法的简易处罚等,大大提高了执法的效率。3.在系统的详细设计方面。本文基于SOA的设计理念,通过运用HTML5+CSS3的移动客户端技术、J2EE的服务端技术,体现出系统的灵活性、可扩展性、安全性。与此同时,对系统的接口设计、数据库设计以及安全设计进行了研究。4.在系统实现及应用方面,本文对系统应用效果进行了测试和展示。在系统应用效果讨论中,从安全级别、系统开放程度、统一数据接口服务、功能对比、故障情况、民警体验等方面将本系统和之前系统进行对比。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the development of mobile Internet technology,wireless network upgrading and PDA terminal developing.At present,the system of Traffic mobile police architecture has been unable to meet the new situation of the current situation of traffic management requirements.Based on SOA technology,constructing the ministry of public security access specification,Which can support cross-platform deployment,unified management,unified release and real-time updates.Meeting the needs of all kinds of traffic police mobile system.So that policeman can use mobile devices realize information collection,comprehensive query matching,illegal processing,accident treatment,vehicle inspection,patrol scheduling command,interrogating,service evaluation,mobile working and so on.Aiming at the characteristics of traffic mobile police system based on SOA technology,building the overall architecture of the system,and researching the function design and detailed design of system.The system conform to the expectations.So that it provides technical support enhance police work efficiency.Research work of this thesis mainly has the following aspects1.In terms of business requirements and overall design,the system has carried on the demand analysis,and Set up the system’s overall architecture,so that make sure the overall architecture with advanced maturity and practical.2.In terms of the function of the system design,this thesis has pressed close to the practice of law enforcement.Traffic police can use this system to realize the automatic business processing and information collection,it can greatly improving the efficiency of law enforcement.3.In the detailed design of system.This article is based on the design concept of SOA,by using mobile client technology of HTML + CSS3 and server technology of J2 EE,reflects the flexibility,scalability,security of the system.At the same time,the interface of the system design,database design and security design is studied.4.In terms of systems implementation and application,in this thesis,the system application effect was tested and demonstrated.In system application effect of discussion,from security level,system openness and unified data interface service,function,fault condition,civilian police experience Compare before & after system.更多还原
