卷式凹印机六色套准系统控制策略的研究

【摘要】 套准控制系统是凹版印刷机的最主要系统,套准控制的精度直接影响凹印机印刷产品质量的好坏。因此,对于凹印机系统的套准控制的研究具有重要的意义。本文以亿迪印刷厂的六色凹印机为研究对象,通过仿真开展六色套准系统高精度控制策略的研究,并提出了适合用于六色套准系统的控制方案。主要研究工作和结果如下:1、根据六色凹印机套印单元的运动学规律以及传输料带的质量守恒定律建立了六色套准系统纵向套准误差的数学模型,并对其做了线性化和解耦处理,同时采集了亿迪印刷厂的六色凹印机的系统参数和印刷色辊电机特性,作为后续仿真和实验的参考;2、利用Simulink建立了纵向套准误差的仿真模型;3、作为比较的基准,针对该凹版印刷机的套准系统,设计了PID控制算法的参数,进行了仿真,对控制结果进行了分析;4、根据无模型(MFC)控制工作原理和套准误差模型,设计了基于无模型套准控制算法,并利用Simulink进行了建模,对该控制算法的有效性进行了评估;5、根据线性自抗扰控制工作原理和套准误差模型,设计了基于线性自抗扰套准控制算法,并利用Simulink进行了建模,对该控制算法的有效性进行了评估;6、对三种控制算法的仿真结果的比较分析可知:针对六色套准系统设计的无模型控制和线性自抗扰控制,无论是在系统稳态表现还是抗干扰性能方面都要远远强于基于PID的套准控制。具体体现在基于MFC以及基于LADRC控制系统的套准稳态误差精度为几十纳米,在干扰情况下套准误差波动峰值也控制在几百纳米以内;而基于PID套准控制的套准稳态误差精度为几十微米,在干扰情况下套准误差波动峰值甚至高达几毫米。

【Abstract】 The register control system is the most important system of the six-color gravure press,the register accuracy of the register system directly affects the quality of the printing products of the gravure press.Therefore,the study on the register control of gravure press system has a great significance.In this paper,taking six-color gravure printing machine of the ETI Converting Equipment Shanghai Limited as the research object,the high precision control strategy of six-color register system is studied through simulation,and a control scheme suitable for six-color register system is proposed.The main work and research results are as follows:1.According to the kinematics and the law of the mass conservation of the six-color gravure press,a machine-direction register error model of the six-color register system is set up,and the linearization and decoupling treatment is done.At the same time,the system parameters of the six-color gravure press and the characteristics of the printing roller motor are collected as a reference index for the following simulation and experimental.2.A simulation model of the machine-direction register control is established with SIMULINK.3.As a comparison reference,the parameters of the PID control strategy are designed for the register system of the printing machine,and the simulation is carried out,and the control results are analyzed.4.According to the principle of MFC control and the model of the machine-direction register error,a control strategy based on the MFC is designed,and the control system is modeled with SIMULINK,and the effectiveness of the designed control algorithm is evaluated.5.According to the principle of LADRC control and the model of the machine-direction register error,a control strategy based on the LADRC is designed,and the control system is modeled with SIMULINK,and the effectiveness of the designed control algorithm is evaluated.6.According to the working principle of linear active disturbance rejection control and the register error model,a six-color register control system based on linear auto disturbance rejection control is designed,and the model is modeled with SIMULINK,and the effectiveness of the design is evaluated through simulation.The comparison and analysis of the simulation results of the three control strategies show that the performance of the model free control and the linear active disturbance rejection control for the six-color register system are much better than the control based on PID.The precision of the register steady state error of the register control system based on the MFC and LADRC is tens of nanometers,and the peak value of the register error fluctuation is controlled within several hundred nanometers in the case of interference,and the precision of the register steady state error of the register control system based on PID is tens of microns,and the peak value of the register error fluctuation is even up to several millimeters.
