基于DSP和以太网的数据采集监测系统开发

【摘要】 水能作为一种清洁可再生能源,在能源领域有着非同一般的意义。近几年来,随着电力系统的不断发展,我国水电事业的发展也在不断加快。为保障水轮发电机组调速系统的运行稳定与安全,需要对调速系统进行状态监测。状态监测的关键在于对监测对象的各项状态参数的实时采集。数据采集监测系统的功能就是在水轮发电机组的运行过程中对调速系统的各项关键参数进行实时采集。本文针对水轮发电机组调速系统运行过程中需要进行采集、监测的信号,如模拟量信号、频率信号等,在充分研究这些信号的特征后,结合相应的数据采集技术,设计并开发了一套以32位浮点DSP TMS320F28335为核心处理器的高精度数据采集监测系统。本文设计了系统数据采集模块和信号发生模块的硬件电路、开发了相应的软件程序,最终实现数据采集监测系统的整体功能。在数据采集监测系统开发过程中,利用百兆以太网通讯芯片设计通讯模块,实现系统与服务器之间的高速通讯;利用高性能ADC和DAC设计模数转换模块和数模转换模块,保证系统对数据处理的速度和精度的要求。数据采集监测系统能够实现模拟量信号、频率信号以及开关量信号的采集和输出,还能够实现三相任意频率信号的输出,包括三相电压的变频、相移和电压幅值的阶跃。本文对设计的系统进行了完整的测试,通过对测试结果的分析,本采集监测系统能够实现监测水轮发电机组调速系统在运行过程中的各种信号,且在采集速度与精度方面达到了设计要求。本系统不仅能用于水轮发电机组调速系统的状态监测,还可应用于许多高精度数据采集领域。
【Abstract】 As a clean and renewable energy source,hydropower has an extraordinary significance in the energy field.In recent years,with the continuous development of the power system,the development of China’s hydropower industry is accelerating.In order to ensure the stability and safety of the hydro-generating unit speed control system,it is necessary to monitor the condition of the speed control system.The key for state monitoring is to collect the various real-time state parameters of the monitored object.The function of the data acquisition and monitoring system is to collect real-time data of various key parameters in the speed control system,especially during the operation of the hydro-generating unit.In this paper,the signals that need to be collected and monitored during the operation of the hydro-generating unit speed control system are determined,such as analog signals,frequency signals and so on.At first,the characteristics of these measured signals are studied and analyzed.Then integrated with the corresponding data acquisition techniques,a high-precision data acquisition and monitoring system with 32-bit floating-point DSP TMS320F28335 as the core processor is designed and developed.This paper presents the hardware circuit of the system data acquisition module and signal generation module and develops the corresponding software program.Finally,the overall function of the data acquisition and monitoring system is realized.During the development of the data acquisition and monitoring system,the 100 M Ethernet communication chip is used to design the communication module to realize high-speed communication between the system and the server.In this data acquisition and monitoring system,the communication module is designed with the 100 M Ethernet communication chip.It can realize the high-speed communication between the system and the server.The high-performance ADC and DAC are used to design the analog-to-digital conversion module and the digital-to-analog conversion module.These two modules can ensure the speed and accuracy of data processing.The data acquisition and monitoring system can realize the acquisition and output of analog signals,frequency signals and switching signals.At the same time,it can conduct different operations and produce three-phase arbitrary frequency signals,including conversion and phase shift of three-phase signals and steps of voltage amplitude.In this paper,the designed system is completely tested.Through the analysis of the test results,the acquisition monitoring system can collect and monitor various signals during the operation of hydro-generating unit speed control system.And both the acquisition speed and accuracy can meet the design requirements.The system can be used not only for condition monitoring of the hydro-generating unit speed control system,but also for many high-precision data acquisition fields.
