【摘要】 现代科学与信息技术的飞速发展,推动企业改变传统的管理模式。企业在管理实践中如果能够通过推动会计、财务自发的发挥其在价值创造中的功能,与业务部门加强融合,关注业财一体化,加强各部门之间的协同管理,水平合作,将会大大提高企业管理效率。各企业实施业财一体化是现行企业面临的重要问题。本文依据相关理论,参照国内已经实施业财一体化企业的案例,结合美新公司业财一体化实施的途径展开论述,指出企业实施业财一体化的必要性,分析采购、销售、资金价值链管理下业财一体化的实施途径,促进美新公司业财一体化更加完善成熟,并丰富业财一体化的具体方法和内容。本文建议美新公司借助业财一体化管理系统,重构管理制度、优化采购部与销售部工作流程,推行信息系统一体化及与业财一体化相关的企业文化。业财一体化的成功实施将会大大提高企业管理效率,降低成本和抵御风险。希望本文对美新公司业财一体化实现途径的研究,能为财务工作人员职业规划提供参考,对准备实施业财一体化的企业提供借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of modern science and information technology has driven enterprises to change their traditional management models.In the management practice,if the company can promote its functions in value creation by promoting accounting and financial self-development,strengthen integration with business departments,pay attention to the integration of business and finance,strengthen the collaborative management among various departments,and horizontal cooperation will greatly Improve business management efficiency.The integration of business and finance is an important problem faced by current enterprises.Based on the relevant theories,referring to the cases of enterprises that have already implemented the integration of business and finance in China,this paper discusses the ways to implement the integration of business and finance in Meixin Company,points out the necessity of implementing the integration of business and finance in Meixin Company,analyses the ways to implement the integration of business and finance under the management of purchase,sale and capital value chain,and promotes the integration of business and finance in Meixin Company to be more perfect and mature,and enriches specific methods and contents of the integration of business and finance.The paper suggests that Meixin Company use the integrated management system of business and finance to reconstruct the management system,optimize the work flow of purchasing department and sales department,and promote the integration of information on system and enterprise culture related to the integration of business and finance.The successful implementation of business and financial integration will greatly improve the efficiency of enterprise management,reduce costs and resist risks.It is hoped that the study on the ways to realize the integration of business and finance in Meixin Company can provide reference for the career planning of financial staff and for enterprises preparing to implement the integration of business and finance.更多还原
