教师自主支持、自我决定动机对高中生学习投入、学业成绩的影响

【摘要】 教师的自主支持是指学生感知到的来自于教师的自主支持;自我决定动机是在充分认识个人需要和环境信息的基础上的个体对行为所做出的自由选择,引导人们从事他们感兴趣的,有益于能力发展的活动,以实现与社会环境的适应。本研究的目的为调查高中生的教师的自主支持、自我决定动机、学习投入的特点以及教师的自主支持、自我决定动机对学习投入和学习成绩的影响。采用问卷调查法随机抽取了一所四星级高中高一至高三三个年级共564名学生。研究结果显示:1.高中生的学习投入处于中等以上水平,高三年级显著高于高一和高二年级:女生显著高于男生。2.高一、高二年级学生的自我动机类型为受控型自我动机、高三年级为自主性自我动机;男女生之间没有差异。3.高中生感知教师自主支持的能力处于中等以上水平,高三自主支持水平最高且与高一、高二之间具有显著性差异,女生自主支持水平显著高于男生。4.高中生自我决定动机与学习投入和学习成绩显著正相关;教师自主支持与学习投入和学习成绩显著正相关。5.自主决定动机在感知教师支持、学习投入和学习成绩三者之间的中介过程中具有调节作用;学习投入在感知教师自主支持对学习成绩的影响中起完全中介效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teachers’autonomous support refers to the students’ perceived autonomous support from teachers;Self-determination motivation refers to the individual’s free choice of behavior based on the full understanding of individual needs and environmental information,and guides people to engage in activities that are interesting to them and beneficial to the development of their abilities,so as to realize the social environment adapt.The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of teachers’autonomous support,self-determination motivation,characteristics of learning engagement,and teachers’autonomous support and self-determination motivation on learning engagement and academic performance.A total of 564 students from grade 1 to grade 3 of a four-star senior high school were randomly selected by questionnaire.The results of the survey are as follows:1.Senior high school students’ learning engagement is above the medium level,and the junior high school students’ learning engagement is significantly higher than that of senior one and senior two,and the female students’learning engagement is significantly higher than that of male students.2.The types of self-motivation of freshmen and sophomores in senior high school are controlled self-motivation and junior high school is autonomous self-motivation.There is no difference between boys and girls.3.Senior high school students’perceived ability of teachers’ autonomous support is above medium level.Senior three students’autonomous support level is the highest and there is a significant difference between senior one and senior two.Girls’ autonomous support level is significantly higher than boys’.4.Self-determination motivation of senior high school students is positively correlated with learning engagement and academic achievement,and teacher self-support is positively correlated with learning engagement and academic achievement.5.Autonomous decision motivation plays a moderating role in the mediating process between perceived teacher support,learning involvement and learning achievement,and learning involvement plays a completely mediating role in perceived teacher support on learning achievement.更多还原
