基于OneNet平台的输电线路在线监测系统的研究

【摘要】 输电线路作为电力系统的重要组成部分,是电力系统稳定运行的关键。但是,由于它长期暴露在野外,受到不良气象条件和地理环境的双重摧残,同时还要经受线路周围建筑施工、塔材被盗等人为因素的影响,存在着巨大的安全隐患。传统的人工巡检不但耗费大量人力物力,而且不能实时在线监测,已无法满足现代安全生产对输电线路安全运行的要求。为解决这一问题,首先,通过分析输电线路在线监测技术的发展现状,确定了系统的监测类型及方法。建立了一种改进的C4.5算法模型,应用于拉线防盗告警监测,提高了拉线防盗告警准确率。然后,研究设计了一套基于OneNet平台的输电线路在线监测系统,该系统由监测终端和OneNet平台组成,监测终端以STM32F407VET6和STM32F103C8T6为核心控制器,搭载各种传感器模块,实现以下功能:搭载角度、拉力、振动传感器以及摄像头模块,通过监测杆塔的状态信息,对杆塔塔材、拉线的状态进行识别,实现防盗告警以及图像信息监测功能;搭载温湿度传感器和风速传感器,实现输电线路周围环境温湿度、风速等微气象监测功能;搭载红外温度传感器,实现输电线路接点温度监测功能;搭载红外探测传感器与蜂鸣器,实现杆塔的驱鸟功能。最后,利用WIFI或GPRS模块将实时监测的数据信息上传到OneNet物联网平台,工作人员可以用手机和电脑等智能设备,在任何时间,不受地域限制的对输电线路状态进行实时监测。并且,当线路处于异常状态时,利用GSM模块实现短信报警。完成了系统硬件与软件的安装调试,并在实验室通过模拟实验,对系统的预设功能进行了验证。实验结果表明,系统的五大功能均顺利实现,且各类环境信息的参数范围与准确性均满足国家规定。最后,对本设计方案做了总结,对系统的后续优化、升级提出方案设想。
【Abstract】 As an important part of power system,transmission line is the key to the stable operation of power system.However,it has been exposed to the open field for a long time,and is devastated by bad weather and geographical environment.At the same time,it is also affected by the surrounding buildings construction and the behaviors of tower theft and other factors.Therefore,there is big safety problem in transmission line.Traditional manual inspection not only needs a lot of manpower and material resources,but also cannot monitor online in real time,which not meet the demand of modern safe production for transmission line.In order to solve this problem,first of all,the types and methods of system monitoring are determined by analyzing the development status of on-line monitoring technology for transmission lines.An improved C4.5 algorithm model is established to apply the anti-theft alarm to the cable,which improves the accuracy of anti-theft alarms.After that,a set of on-line monitoring system for transmission line based on OneNet platform is designed.The system is composed of monitoring terminal and OneNet platform.The hardware circuit of the monitoring terminal is based on STM32F407VET6 and STM32F103C8T6 as the core controller,which realize the following functions:connecting angle sensor,pull sensor,vibration sensor and camera module to identify the state of the tower and wire,the function of anti-theft alarm and image information monitoring is realized;connecting the temperature and humidity sensor and the wind speed sensor,the micro meteorological monitoring function is realized;connecting the infrared temperature sensor is to realize the temperature monitoring function;With the combination of infrared detection and buzzer,the bird driving function of power tower is realized.Finally,the real-time monitoring data information is uploaded to the OneNet network platform by using WIFI or GPRS module.The staff can use the smart devices such as mobile phone and computer to monitor the state of the transmission line in real time at any time.And when the line is in an abnormal state,the GSM module is used to realize short message alarm.The hardware and software of the system are installed and debugged in the laboratory,and the function of the system is verified.The experimental results show that the parameters range and accuracy monitored by the system meet the national regulations,and the functions are successfully realized.Finally,the design scheme is summarized and further optimization and upgrading of the system are proposed.
