城市轨道交通车辆计划修模式优化研究

【摘要】 城市轨道交通系统作为一种运能大、效率高的运输系统。近年来受到许多城市的青睐,城市轨道交通事业得到大力发展。城市轨道交通车辆作为运输乘客的载具,是城市轨道交通系统的重要组成部分,它的状态直接关系到城市轨道交通系统的运营安全和服务质量。随着运营里程的增加和车辆发车间隔的减少,如何科学合理的制定车辆检修计划,保证车辆可靠性以及车辆上线率,已成为城市轨道交通运营中的重要问题。针对上述问题,本文以提高车辆上线率为优化目标,对城市轨道交通车辆的计划修模式优化开展研究。首先,分析了城市轨道交通现有的车辆检修制度的优缺点,从检修规程的角度出发,采用均衡修的模式,科学合理的将原有的检修内容拆解、优化组合,形成新的月度检修规程。应用此规程,每天检修停运的车辆列数减少,提高了车辆上线率。并利用车辆窗口时间进行检修,使车辆的检修工作由集中检修分散为均衡检修,保证客流高峰期的运行车辆。以某地铁公司为例,实施均衡修后,检修停运的车辆列数减少,提高了车辆利用率。其次,在此基础上,通过车辆健康状态评估为优化检修计划提供依据。基于层次分析法和模糊综合评判法建立地铁车辆健康状态评估模型,确定与评估结果相对应的检修级别,检修规程动态化。对车辆状态进行健康评估,根据评估结果来确定检修任务的级别,缩短检修时间,提高车辆可用率。以某地铁公司车辆为案例,验证了该模型具备一定的合理性。最后,检修作业阶段,基于精益的思路,引入单分钟换模(SMED)理论,对检修效率进行改善。在检修过程中充分利用检修资源,采用并行作业的方式,车顶、车体、车下同时作业;同时对总成件的检修工艺流程进行优化,利用车辆检修BOM,借鉴“赛车式”的检修思想,对车辆检修停时进行优化,从而保障车辆上线率。
【Abstract】 Urban rail transit system is a kind of transportation system with large capacity and high efficiency.In recent years,it has been greatly favored by many cities,and the urban rail transit industry has vigorously developed.As a vehicle for passengers,urban rail transit vehicle is an important part of urban rail transit system.Its status is directly related to the operation quality and service quality of urban rail transit system.With the increase of operating mileage and the reduction of vehicle departure interval,how to scientifically and rationally formulate vehicle maintenance plan to ensure vehicle reliability and vehicle on-line rate has become an important issue in the operations.In view of the above problems,this paper aims to improve the on-line rate of vehicle,and studies the optimization method of the planned repair mode of urban rail transit vehicle.Firstly,this paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the existing maintenance system for urban rail transit.From the perspective of maintenance procedures,the original maintenance contents are scientifically and reasonably disassembled and optimized to form a new monthly maintenance regulation by adopting the mode of balanced maintenance.With the application of this regulation,the number of vehicular queues that are checked and stopped every day is greatly reduced,and the on-line rate of vehicles is increased.Meanwhile,the vehicle window time is used to carry out maintenance,so that the vehicle maintenance work can be divided from centralized maintenance to balanced maintenance,so as to ensure the operation of vehicles during peak passenger flow period.Taking a metro company as an example,after the implementation of balanced maintenance,the number of vehicles stopped for maintenance is greatly reduced and the utilization rate of vehicles is increased.Secondly,on this basis,the vehicle health status assessment provides the basis for optimizing the maintenance plan.Based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a health assessment model of metro vehicles is established,and the maintenance level corresponding to the evaluation results is determined,and the maintenance rules are dynamic.Carry on the health assessment to the vehicle condition,determine the level of the maintenance task according to the evaluation result,shorten the maintenance time and improve the vehicle availability.Taking a metro company vehicle as an example,the rationality of the model is proved.Finally,in the maintenance stage,based on lean thinking,Single Minute Exchange of Die(SMED)theory is introduced to improve the maintenance efficiency.In the process of maintenance,we make full use of the maintenance resources and use the parallel operation mode to work on the roof,body and under the vehicle simultaneously.At the same time,we optimize the maintenance process of assembly parts,use the vehicle maintenance BOM,and use the "racing car" maintenance idea for reference to optimize the vehicle maintenance and parking time,so as to ensure the vehicle on-line rate.
