脉冲升压型高压脉冲电源的研究

【摘要】 高压脉冲电源具有输出电压高、输出电流大、脉冲宽度窄、重复频率高等特点,广泛应用于多个领域。本文设计了一种脉冲升压型高压脉冲电源,实现了输出脉冲幅值、频率和脉宽在一定范围内可调的功能。本文设计的高压脉冲电源方案主要由整流滤波电路、升压电路、全桥逆变电路和级联的脉冲变压器组成。升压电路采用Boost变换器结构,闭环控制Boost的输出电压。使用全桥逆变电路产生双极性脉冲,并为开关管设计了缓冲电路。设计了非晶磁芯的脉冲变压器,给出了关键参数的计算方法,建立了一种脉冲变压器级联的高压脉冲电源仿真模型,通过仿真分析,验证了方案的可行性。设计并搭建了非晶磁芯脉冲变压器级联的高压脉冲电源的硬件电路,包括整流滤波电路、Boost电路、全桥逆变电路、开关管驱动电路、缓冲电路和电压采样电路等,并给出了关键器件参数的计算方法。绕制了环型非晶磁芯的脉冲变压器。使用DSP作为主控器,编写了电源的控制程序,包括Boost电路的闭环控制程序、全桥逆变电路PWM控制程序、电压采样程序以及串口通信程序,能够通过串口来设置高压脉冲电源的参数。制作了高压脉冲电源样机,在实验室条件下进行了实验,对测量的波形和数据进行了分析,达到了预期效果。

【Abstract】 The high-voltage pulse power supply has the characteristics of high output voltage,large output current,narrow pulse width and high repetition frequency,and is widely used in many fields.In this thesis,a pulse-boosting high-voltage pulse power supply has been designed to realize the function of adjustable output amplitude,frequency and pulse width within a certain range.The high-voltage pulse power supply scheme designed in this thesis is mainly composed of rectification and filtering circuit,boosting circuit,full-bridge inverter circuit and cascaded pulse transformer.Boost converter is used in boost circuit,and the output voltage of Boost is controlled by closed loop.The bipolar pulse is generated by the full bridge inverter circuit,and the snubber circuit of the switch is designed.The pulse transformer of amorphous magnetic core is designed,and the calculation method of key parameters is given.A high voltage pulse power supply simulation model of pulse transformer cascade is established.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by simulation analysis.Hardware circuit of high voltage pulse power supply cascaded by amorphous magnetic core pulse transformer has been designed and built,including rectifier filter circuit,Boost circuit,full bridge inverter circuit,switch tube drive circuit,buffer circuit and voltage sampling circuit.The calculation methods of key device parameters have been given.The pulse transformer of a toroidal amorphous core has been wound.Using the DSP as the main controller,the control program of the power supply has been compiled,including the closed loop control program of the Boost circuit,the PWM control program of the full bridge inverter circuit,the voltage sampling program and the serial communication program,and the parameters of the high voltage pulse power supply can be set through the serial port.The high-voltage pulse power source prototype has been achieved,and experiments have been carried out under laboratory conditions.The experiment has achieved the expected results
