SS4B电气设备在线诊断系统设计及应用

【摘要】 在我国,铁路是现代交通运输的主要方式之一,在整个交通运输领域中占有重要的地位,并扮演着愈来愈重要的角色,在社会发展和国民经济建设中具有不可替代的重要作用。伴随着电力机车技术,以及计算机硬件技术和不断改进的计算机软件系统的迅速发展,开发机车电气设备在线诊断系统成为可能。由此看来计算机软、硬件技术的应用在机车电气设备的诊断检测中显得尤为重要。因此,为适应铁路发展的需要,缩短机车检修周期,减少机车的机破率,有必要针对韶山型电力机车设计制造一种机车电气设备在线诊断系统,该系统能够在机车运行时,实时显示相关设备(逻辑控制单元、微机柜及一些离散信号)的实时数据,并在机车的相关电气设备出现故障后,根据机车运行的实时数据诊断出故障的位置,即时为乘务人员或技术人员提供故障解决方案和判定依据。本文以神华铁路典型电力机车SS4B型电力机车的电气设备作为研究对象,基于部分设备的拆装与维修为研究内容,以企业现行的《SS4B型电力机车大修规程》资料为背景,依据二维图纸及相关资料,针对电气设备的检修现状,完成在计算机上构建一个接近真实的SS4B型电力机车电气设备的在线诊断系统,并详细介绍了 SS4B机车电气设备在线诊断系统的系统构架、硬件设计原理、软件设计原理、系统功能、试验方法等。主要研究工作如下:(1)先简单介绍了电力机车的基本组成,然后阐述了电力机车中电气设备的状态监测与故障诊断原理、故障信号采集技术以及故障信号分析与处理方法,最后简要分析了基于神经网络的故障诊断方法。(2)以SS4B机车电气设备作为研究诊断对象,完成在线诊断系统的框架设计。详细介绍SS4B机车电气设备在线诊断系统总体设计,主要内容包括其整体系统构架、电路设计以及插件箱设计,最后简介部分硬件的选型。(3)完成了软件设计部分,使用C语言实现了上位机和下位机程序流程的设计,并完成SS4B机车电气设备在线诊断系统平台的各个相关界面的设计。最后通过反复的调试运行,成功完成了 SS4B机车电气设备在线诊断系统的设计。

【Abstract】 In our country,railway is one of the main modes of modern transportation.It occupies an important position in the whole field of transportation and plays an increasingly important role.It plays an irreplaceable role in social development and national economic construction.With the rapid development of electric locomotive technology,computer hardware technology and continuously improved computer software system,it is possible to develop on-line diagnosis system for locomotive electrical equipment.So it seems that the application of computer software and hardware technology in the diagnosis and detection of locomotive electrical equipment is particularly important.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of railway development,shorten locomotive maintenance cycle and reduce locomotive breakdown rate,it is necessary to design and manufacture an on-line diagnostic system for locomotive electrical equipment for Shaoshan electric locomotive.The system can display relevant equipment(logic control unit,computer cabinet and some discrete letters)in real time when locomotive is running.Real-time data,and in the locomotive of the relevant electrical equipment failure,according to the real-time data of locomotive operation to diagnose the location of the fault,promptly provide crew or technicians with fault solutions and judgment basis.This paper takes the electrical equipment of typical SS4B electric locomotive of Shenhua Railway as the research object,based on the disassembly,assembly and maintenance of some equipment as the research content,taking the current "SS4B Electric Locomotive Overhaul Rules" data of enterprises as the background,according to two-dimensional drawings and related information,aiming at the current situation of electrical equipment overhaul,completes the work.An on-line diagnostic system of SS4B electric locomotive electrical equipment is built on the computer.The system framework,hardware design principle,software design principle,system function and test method of the on-line diagnostic system of SS4B electric locomotive electrical equipment are introduced in detail.The main research work is as follows:(1)First,the basic composition of electric locomotive is briefly introduced.Then,the principle of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of electric equipment in electric locomotive,the technology of fault signal acquisition and the method of fault signal analysis and processing are expounded.Finally,the fault diagnosis method based on neural network is briefly analyzed.(2)taking the electrical equipment of SS4B locomotive as the research object of diagnosis,the frame design of online diagnostic system is completed.The overall design of on-line diagnosis system for SS4B locomotive electrical equipment is introduced in detail.The main contents include the overall system framework,circuit design and plug-in box design.Finally,the selection of hardware is briefly introduced.(3)Completed the software design part,using C language to design the program flow of upper and lower computer,and completed the design of the related interfaces of SS4B locomotive electrical equipment online diagnosis system platform.Finally,through repeated debugging and operation,the design of on-line diagnosis system for SS4B locomotive electrical equipment is successfully completed.
