【摘要】 十八大以来,以习近平总书记为核心的党中央领导集体,不忘初心,牢记使命,以创造人民美好生活为目标,保持艰苦奋斗的积极姿态,大力建设中国特色社会主义。正如习总书记所说,“一路走来,中国人民自力更生、艰苦奋斗,创造了举世瞩目的中国奇迹。”正是在党的领导下全国各族人民不畏艰辛、攻坚克难、共同奋斗,才绘就了美好中国,让我们离中国梦想越来越近。习近平特别重视且倡导“奋斗”精神,认为:“奋斗本身就是一种幸福”,并引用“空谈误国,实干兴邦”的古人智慧阐发唯有实干才能梦想成真的道理。新时代,习近平赋予了艰苦奋斗新内涵,习近平关于艰苦奋斗的重要论述为全面建成小康社会和实现中华民族伟大复兴提供了行动指南,深入研究习近平关于艰苦奋斗的重要论述显得尤为重要。习近平关于艰苦奋斗的重要论述源于中华优秀传统文化,立足于马克思主义关于无产阶级奋斗的论述,取经于党的历代领导人艰苦奋斗思想,感悟于七年知青岁月,发展于地方履政经历的长期积累,形成于新时代治国理政的实践,是在深厚的文化积淀和深刻的实践中发展形成的科学理论。习近平关于艰苦奋斗重要论述有着新的时代内涵,具有新的理论特质。它的基本内涵包括:撸起袖子、甩开膀子的实干精神;逢山开路、遇水架桥的开创精神;啃硬骨头、攻坚拔寨的坚韧精神;刹住四风、三严三实的务实精神;急民之急,解民之困的为民精神;和衷共济、互利共赢的共建共享精神。同时,习近平关于艰苦奋斗重要论述具有鲜明的人民性、科学的指导性和独特的创造性的理论特质。全面系统的探究其基本内涵和特征为人们理解和践行艰苦奋斗提供了理论借鉴和实践启示。新时代,习近平关于艰苦奋斗重要论述是面对国内外风云变幻的思想武器,是推动党的作风建设的持续动力,是推进中国特色社会主义事业的精神支柱,是实现中国梦的力量源泉。因此,必须在把握习近平关于艰苦奋斗重要论述的当代价值的基础上,从认清国情、树立意识、完善制度、力行实践等方面深化艰苦奋斗实践的发展路径,为推进中国特色社会主义实践奠定理论基础,为实现社会主义现代化强国和中国梦作出贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the leadership collective of the CPC with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core build socialism with Chinese characteristics actively with a positive attitude of working hard,who have not forgotten the initial heart,remember the mission,and aim at creating a better life for the people.As General Secretary Xi said:along the way,the Chinese people have created a Chinese miracle with self-reliant and hard-working that has attracted worldwide attention.It is all of Chinese people who are not afraid of hardships and struggle together to draw a beautiful China and let us get closer and closer to China’s dreams.Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the spirit of "struggling" and advocates it.He believes that struggle itself is a kind of happiness,and quotes the wisdom of the ancients that "empty talk is harmful to nation,while doing practical work will make it thrive" to tell people that only working can make a dream come true.In the new era,Xi Jinping has given new connotations to the hard struggle.The hard struggle is a guidance for achieving the all-round well-off society and the Chinese dream.It is particularly important to study Xi Jinping’s important expositions on hard work.Xi Jinping’s important exposition on hard struggle originated from the excellent traditional Chinese culture,based on the Marxist discourse on the struggle of the proletariat,inherited from the hard struggle thought of the leaders of the party.Besides,the thought come from the seven years of educated youth experience,developed of the long-term accumulation of local governance experience,and formed in the practice of governing the country in the new era.It is a scientific theory developed in deep cultural accumulation and profound practice.Xi Jinping’s important exposition on hard struggle has a new era connotation and new theoretical characteristics.The basic connotations of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on hard struggle include:the spirit of hard-working with picking up the sleeves and opening the arms;the pioneering spirit of building roads and bridges when encountering mountain and water;the tough spirit of biting hard bones and attacking the village;the pragmatic spirit of serving for people;the spirit of cooperating and sharing mutual benefit.At the same time,Xi Jinping’s important exposition on hard struggle has the theoretical characteristics of people,guidance and creativity.That the comprehensive and systematic thought of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on hard struggle provides theoretical reference and important enlightenment for people to understand and practice the hard struggle.In the new ear,Xi Jinping’s important exposition on hard struggle is an ideological weapon facing the changing situation at home and abroad,a continuous driving force for promoting the party’s style of work,a spiritual pillar for promoting the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and a source of strength for realizing the Chinese dream.Therefore,on the basis of grasping the ideological value of Xi’s hard work,we must deepen the development path of hard struggle practice from the aspects of recognizing the national conditions,establishing consciousness,perfecting the system and practicing practice,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for promoting the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics and contribute to the realization of the socialist powerhouse and the Chinese dream.更多还原
