【摘要】 农民工是伴随着城镇化发展而出的产物,在经济飞速发展的当今社会,大批的农民工不断涌入城市,这类群体逐渐成为现代社会经济发展中不可替代的中坚力量。如何使农民在城市中实现充分就业,更好的提升企业竞争力体现自身价值,已经成为我国经济建设发展中面临的关键问题。在2012年中央一号文件中首次提出要“大力培育新型职业农民”,这为我国开展农民工职业技能培训鉴定指明了方向和目标。现阶段农民工受到思想观念落后、教育水平普遍低下、缺乏相应劳动技能、参加专业职业培训的机会少等问题,导致农民工参与职业鉴定的积极性不高,其在劳动力市场处于低端地位。本文以农民工职业技能鉴定的影响因素为研究对象,通过文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法,从多个维度对北京市农民工进行样本的抽样调查,了解他们现阶段参与职业技能培训鉴定的情况,主要目的是找出影响农民工参加职业技能培训鉴定的主要原因,并借鉴国内外相关学者对农民工参与职业技能培训鉴定的研究,从而找到帮助农民工快速提升自身专业技术能力的有效渠道,给出如何提高农民工参与职业技能培训鉴定积极性的对策与建议,从而为我国经济结构调整与企业结构转型提供理论和实证依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economy,a large number of rural surplus labor force in the social and economic development indispensable force in the middle.How to make farmers to realize full employment in cities,manifest its value better improve enterprise competitiveness,has become a key issue for the development of economic construction in our country.In the middle of the 2012 first put forward a number of files to "foster new professional farmers",this for our eountry to earry out the peasant workers’ vocational skills training identified pointed out the direction and goals.The present stage of migrant workers is generally low education level,the less chance to participate in professional training and their own understanding,lead to migrant workers to participate in professional appraisal’s enthusiasm is not high.In this paper,the influence factors of peasant workers’professional skill appraisal as the research object,through the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,from the multiple dimensions of Beijing’s nigrant workers to participate in professional skills training appraisal situation sampling investigation,and analysis of factors hindering migrant workers to participate in professional skill appraisal,and draw lessons from domestic and foreign scholars on the research of the migrant workers to participate in vocational skills training identified,find help migrant workers improve professional ability level of system paths,shows how to improve rural migrant workers to participate in vocational skills training countermeasures and Suggestions for the identification of enthusiasm,thus for our country economic restructuring and corporate structure transformation to provide theoretical and empirical basis.更多还原
