篮球教学中运用比赛教学法对中学生时间空间预判能力的影响研究

【摘要】 篮球运动属于团体运动,通过参加篮球运动不仅可以有效提升学生的身体素质,还可以增加班级的凝聚力,提升学生学习的积极性。但是,当前我国大多数学校还是采用传统的篮球教学方式,一般都是只重视对学生进行篮球技能的教学,这样的教学方法比较枯燥,不适合现代学生的发展趋势。而通过比赛教学法在篮球教学中的运用,不仅能有效增加课堂的趣味性,还可以有效的调动起来学生们学习篮球的积极性。目的在课堂中运用比赛教学法教学时,因受规则的影响,篮球比赛中的许多场景都需要我们去进行预判。本文将比赛教学法与篮球课的教学相结合,对中学生进行时间和空间的预判能力进行研究,以此希望为中学的体育课篮球教学提供帮助,以及对学生以后进行提高篮球运动技能水平训练做铺垫。方法建立实验组和对照组,实验组采用比赛教学法的模式进行教学,主要以半场的3v3的自由对抗比赛模式进行比赛为主。对照组采用传统的教学模式进行教学,主要以技能的讲解示范练习为主。实验采用2(组别)x2(时间)的两个因素混合实验设计。结果根据实验数据分析可以看出比赛教学法对学生时间预判和空间预判的能力提升幅度远大于常规教学法对学生提升的幅度。实验组和对照组在进行实验干预后发现对移动速度较慢和移动速度一般的物体并没有提升,但是对移动速度较快的物体的时间和空间的预判能力得到了提升。并且比赛教学法给学生带来的提升幅度要远大于常规的教学方法所提升的幅度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Basketball is a team sport.Playing basketball can not only effectively improve students’ physical quality,but also increase the cohesion of the class and enhance students’ learning enthusiasm.However,at present,most schools in China still adopt the traditional basketball teaching method,which generally only focuses on the teaching of basketball skills for students.Such a teaching method is rather boring and not suitable for the development trend of modern students.The application of game teaching method in basketball teaching can not only effectively increase the interest of the class,but also effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn basketball.PurposeBecause of the influence of rules,we need to predict many scenes in the basketball game when using the game teaching method in class.This paper combines the teaching method of competition with the teaching of basketball,studies the time and space prediction ability of middle school students,in the hope of providing help for the basketball teaching of middle school physical education,and laying a foundation for the students to improve their basketball skills in the future.MethodsThe experimental group and the control group were established.The experimental group used the mode of competition teaching method to conduct teaching,and the free competition mode of 3v3 of the half court was mainly used to conduct the competition.In the control group,the traditional teaching mode was adopted,and the skills were mainly explained and demonstrated.Experiment 2(group)x2(time)was used to design the mixed experiment.ResultsAccording to the analysis of experimental data,it can be seen that the improvement of students’ ability of time prediction and space prediction in competition teaching method is much greater than that in conventional teaching method.After the experimental intervention,the experimental group and the control group found no improvement in the prediction ability of time and space for the objects with slow moving speed and general moving speed,but the prediction ability of time and space for the objects with fast moving speed was improved.Moreover,the improvement brought by the competition teaching method to students is much greater than that by the conventional teaching method.更多还原
