【摘要】 随着社会的进步,人们观念的不断更新,女性群体的地位不断凸显。21世纪女性就业已成为普遍的社会现象,这一现象引起全世界的广泛关注。笔者所译内容选自英文原版材料Own It Final(《把握女性职场力》)第十三章至第十六章以及结语部分,作者是美国华尔街著名女性经理人萨莉·克劳切克(Sallie Krawcheck),在国际上拥有很大影响力。选文以原书作者多年职场见闻与经验为依托,为读者展示真实的职场生活。选文内容真实且具有典型性,对于中国女性进军职场有很大感召力。选文约12,000字,目前仍处于审稿阶段,预计2018年暑秋由中信出版社出版。该实践报告选取具体案例,对翻译过程中碰到的疑难点归纳总结,包括对专有名词的翻译,根据语境更好地理解与剖析俚语,以及对疑问句、带破折号句子和直接引语表达方法的选择。该报告从词汇和句子两个层面探讨了笔者翻译过程中选取的具体方法。词汇层面上,专有名词的翻译采取直译和转译/音译/零翻译并辅以注释等方法;处理俚语时,采用直译和意译的方法。句子层面上,带破折号的句子在翻译时采取零翻译保留破折号、改为其他中文符号、译成语言文字或双破折号变单破折号的方法;翻译直接引语时,采取零翻译或将其变成间接引语或自由直接引语;翻译疑问句时,除保留问句形式外,还采用转化成其他句式的方法。笔者将此次翻译实践经验与心得诉诸本次报告,希望能为今后的翻译工作提供参考与指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of society,people’s ideas are improving and the status of the female group has increased a lot.It is a common phenomenon in the 21st century that women enter the workplace,which has aroused wide concern all over the world.The target text of the translation program is excerpted from Sallie Krawcheck’s Own It Final,from Chapter 13 to 16,and the conclusion part.Sallie Krawcheck,the author,who has great influence internationally,is a well-known female manager in the Wall Street.Set on year’s experience in the workplace,which is true and typical,the book presents a real work life for readers and will call for Chinese women to enter workplace.The selection of about 12,000 words is still in the review stage and is expected to be published by Citic Press Group in 2018.The report conducts a thorough analysis of specific cases and summarizes the solution to the difficulties encountered in the process of translation,which involves the translation of proper nouns,better understanding and analysis of slang according to context and how to deal with questions,sentences with dashes and direct speech.Translation methods like literal translation,transcription and explanation are discussed and concluded in the paper.Experience and conclusions are provided in the paper and it is hoped to provide reference and guidance for future translation.更多还原
