【摘要】 在国际经济形势日新月异和科技飞速发展的大背景下,物流正在全球范围内得以迅速发展。为了在激烈的竞争中占有规模优势和成本优势,物流企业必须通过扩充经营区域和经营网点的方式不断壮大自身。由于物流企业服务网点的增加,物流企业必须增加员工积极性、提升网络运营效率、提高客户满意程度从而平衡企业的成本与产值。因此,构建公平公正的绩效评价体系的必要性就越来越突出。如何建立与物流行业特点相适应的绩效评价系统?该类企业在实行评价体系过程中,企业应如何制定有针对性的策略?这些都是物流企业发展过程中特别关注和值得研究的命题。文章基于这样的行业背景,以物流服务业的A物流公司为研究对象,通过大量的文献研究,以及在对A物流公司进行实地深入调研的基础上,构建了A企业的绩效评价体系。从而,对全面提升A物流公司的综合竞争力提供有力的保障。文章首先分析了A物流公司在财务管理、客户管理、运营内部流程管理、人力资源管理及组织架构等方面的现状,并使用平衡计分卡法建立了A物流企业的绩效评价指标;其次,文章通过专家访谈法和层次分析法构建了A物流公司绩效评价体系的模型:最后,文章提出了A物流公司在实施绩效评价体系中的一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of international economy and science and technology,logistics is developing rapidly all over the world.In order to occupy the advantages of scale and cost in the fierce competition,logistics enterprises must continuously expand themselves by expanding their operating areas and operating outlets.Due to the increase of service outlets in logistics enterprises,logistics enterprises must increase the enthusiasm of employees,improve the efficiency of network operation,and improve customer satisfaction so as to balance the cost and output value of enterprises.Therefore,the necessity of building a fair and just performance evaluation system is becoming more and more prominent.How to establish a performance evaluation system suitable for the characteristics of the logistics industry?In the process of implementing the evaluation system,how should enterprises formulate targeted strategies?These are all propositions that should be studied and paid special attention to in the development of logistics enterprises.Based on this industry background,this paper takes logistics service industry A logistics company as the research object,through a large number of literature research,and on the basis of in-depth field research of A logistics company,constructs a performance evaluation system of A enterprise.Thus,it provides a strong guarantee for the comprehensive competitiveness of A Logistics Company.Firstly,the article analyses the current situation of A Logistics Company in financial management,customer management,internal process management,human resources management and organizational structure,and establishes the performance evaluation index of A Logistics Enterprise by using the Balanced Scorecard method.Secondly,the article constructs the performance evaluation system model of A Logistics Company through expert questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the article puts forward some suggestions for A Logistics Company to implement the performance evaluation system.更多还原
