白酒包装关键塑料件加工、设计及安全性研究

【摘要】 论文主要研究了与白酒直接接触的关键塑料部件瓶口、内盖、内塞材料、生产工艺和外观改造设计和安全性,主要研究内容与结果如下:瓶口:对不同牌号聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)材料的性能分析对比、PET瓶口安全卫生性能排查、机械性能、老化性能、PET材料合成,以及对PET瓶口的结构设计和生产工艺进行了改进,结果表明PET材料W681PET瓶口可用于酒精度95%以下酒类包装。瓶口最佳注塑工艺为周期17s、2区温度273℃、4区温度300℃、向后位置55mm。PET原料瓶口较AS原料瓶口韧性更佳,PET两种配方原料中WP56152配方韧性更佳。加粗瓶口桥接齿、增大拐角处R角和壁厚,可解决PET材料制品存在的易碎等问题,将PET瓶口的浇口从顶面改到侧面,避免浇口发白。内盖:对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)材料内盖进行开启力矩、密封性、熔融指数、耐环境应力及内盖卫生性测试,并对其结构进行改进。结果表明其开启力矩均值为0.95N.m,符合标准;各类HDPE材料的熔融指数可达到FDA规定的熔融指数不应超过15g/10min 的要求,85%HDPE C410B+15%LLDPE 2045G 为内盖材料配方。将 HDPE C410B与LLDPE 2045G分别进行干燥、计量式混料料斗混合后进入注塑机加热熔融,并在一定的压力和速度下使其注入模具内,经冷却定形而得到符合要求形状/尺寸的内盖成品。通过适当增大内盖边沿的R角、增加壁厚及外盖限位,可使塑料瓶口配合密封性能较好。内塞:对低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和聚烯烃弹性体(POE)材料内塞进行密封性、己烷蒸发残渣及紫外老化测试,优化内塞材料配方与注塑工艺,并对其结构进行改进。结果表明LDPE和POE内塞漏液、正己烷蒸发残渣超标。在此基础上,设计了无油填充聚烯烃弹性体,并进行微交联处理,设计出内塞产品C20120409177,其正己烷蒸发残渣已明显减少,经酒精浸泡后未出现发黏等现象,能满足长期接触酒的要求。与酒瓶配合处采用聚烯烃弹性体材料,与瓶盖连接杆配合处采用PP材料的双材料设计,可避免材料强度不够导致的内塞与瓶盖连接杆的配合处不能防拔的问题。

【Abstract】 Processing technology,design and safety properties of key parts(bottleneck,bottle cap and bottle stopper)in Baijiu Packaging.The main research contents and results were as follows:Bottleneck:Properties of various polyethylene glycol terephthalate(PET)materials were compared.The hygienic property,mechanical behavior,aging quality,materials synthesis,structure and processing technology of PET bottleneck were also explored.The results showed that PET material W681PET could be used for packaging alcoholic drinks with alcoholicity less than 95%.The optimum injection molding technology for bottleneck was 17s of cycle,273℃ of 2 zone temperature,300,of 4 zone temperature and 55mm of backward position.The toughness of bottleneck with PET raw material was better than that of AS raw material.WP56152 formula had better toughness.Thickening bottleneck bridge teeth,increasing R angle and wall thickness at corner could solve the fragile problem of PET material products.Changing the gate of PET bottleneck from top to side could avoid whitening of gateInner cap:The removal torque,tightness,melt index,environmental stress resistance and hygienic property of high density polyethylene(HDPE)material were studied.The structure of inner cap obtained from HDPE was improved.The results exhibited that value of removal torque of it was 0.95N.m,which met the standards.Melt index of various HDPE met the requirements of FDA(materials Melting index should not exceed 15g/10min).Formula of inner cover material was 85%HDPE C410B+15%LLDPE 2045G.The appropriate inner cap product was obtained after the continuous process including the drying of HDPE C410B and LLDPE 2045G,mixing,heating and melting,and injection mold forming.The sealing performance of inner cap with plastic bottleneck was good due to the increasing of wall thickness and R-angle and limiting of outer cover.Bottle stopper:The sealing performance,hexane evaporation residue,ultraviolet aging of bottle stopper with low-density polyethylene(LDPE)and polyolefin elastomer(POE)was analyzed.The formula of bottle stopper material,injection molding process and structure were optimized.The results exhibited that the bottle stoppers with both LDPE and POE materials had leakage and excess N-hexane evaporation residue which exceeded the standard.On this basis,Oil-free filled POE treated by microcrosslinking was synthetized,which was used to produce bottle stopper C20120409177.The evaporation residue of n-hexane of it was significantly reduced,which met the requirements of long-term exposure to alcohol.Bimaterial design(PE material used in wine bottle coordination and PP material used in the coordination with bottle cap connecting rod)avoided pull-out problems caused by insufficient material strength at the joint of inner plug and cap connecting rod.
