【摘要】 伴随着人类社会的发展,人们的健康也得到了更多的关注和提高,但与此同时,各个国家和地区之间的健康水平发展存在明显的差异。中国经济快速发展成为世界经济发展的强大引擎,中国居民的健康状况得到巨大改善,人均寿命大幅提高,各项健康指标在发展中国家中名列前茅。但是整体健康水平的提高并不意味着健康平等,健康不平等问题日渐凸显,健康不平等问题成为一个不得不关注和改善的社会问题。文章主要利用中国家庭收入调查CHIP2008、2013的数据,并采用集中指数法测度分别测度2008和2013年中国的健康不平等程度,2008年到2013年健康状况不平等有所改善。使用probit做健康不平等包括健康状况不平等和医疗负担不平等的与各影响因素的回归,并使用Oaxaca-type方法做各类影响因素效应的分解。结果显示:不论是健康状况的不平等还是医疗负担不平等,其主要影响因素为收入。医疗保险的推广明显改善了健康不平等状况,医疗保障工作绩效显著。最后总结全文得出的结论,在本文研究结果的基础上,从推进收入分配机制的完善、完善医疗保障体系,普及医疗保健知识,缩小地区间差异提出政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of human society,people’s health has also received more attention and improved,but at the same time,there are obvious differences in the development of health level between countries and regions.China’s rapid economic development has become a powerful engine driving world economic development.The health condition of Chinese residents has been greatly improved,and the average life expectancy has been greatly increased.However,the improvement of the overall health level does not mean the equality of health.The problem of health inequality has become increasingly prominent,and health inequality has become a social problem that must be paid attention to and improved.This paper mainly USES the data of China Institute For Income Distribution(CHIP)2008 and 2013,and adopts the centralized index method to measure the degree of health inequality in China in 2008 and 2013 respectively,and the health inequality has been improved from 2008 to 2013.The use of logit to do health inequality includes the regression of health status inequality and medical burden inequality with various factors,and the use of oaxaca-type method to do the decomposition of the effect of various factors.The results show that income is the main influencing factor of both health status inequality and medical burden inequality.The promotion of medical insurance has significantly improved the health inequality,and the medical security work performance is remarkable.Based on the research results of this paper,policy Suggestions are put forward from the aspects of promoting the improvement of income distribution mechanism,perfecting medical security system,popularizing medical care knowledge and narrowing regional differences.更多还原
