匀东中学教学科研信息管理系统研究与分析

【摘要】 随着教育信息化的推进,应用计算机来实现教学科研信息管理已经成为必然的发展需要。现在我们的许多中学教学科研信息仍停留在人工管理的制表单,这样的教学科研信息管理给管理员带来了繁琐的工作,教学科研信息的准确性没有保障。在今后的发展中,这样的教学科研信息管理工作必然被计算机所取代。运用计算机进行教学科研信息管理可以存储各科教学科研信息,对教学科研信息的管理更为安全和高效,可以节省大量的人力资源,迅速查询、添加和修改教学科研信息。本文对匀东中学教学科研信息管理系统进行了全面详尽的需求分析,研究总结出该系统中的主要功能:教研室信息管理、学科信息管理、教师信息管理、流程管理等。并使用UML(统一建模语言,Unified Modeling Language)对系统进行需求分析和建模,制定出一套完整的开发方案。选用MySQL数据库作为开发的数据库。在需求分析的基础上,提炼出软件开发需要的表,并确定字段、主键和外键等。软件开发的设计模式用到了传统的MVC(Model View Controller)设计模式。通过基于软件工程的设计流程,本文完成了对匀东中学教学科研信息管理系统的各个模块进行类图设计、流程图设计、包图设计、数据库设计,并详细对各个模块的功能进行了描述。匀东中学教学科研信息管理系统的设计在一定程度上提升了学校教学的办公水平,有效提升了学校相关编制的科学化水平,提升了整体的运行效率及教学科研信息管理的综合质量。本系统的数据分析能力还不够强大,需要在该方面进一步加大研究。
【Abstract】 With the advancement of education informationization,the application of computer to realize the information management of teaching and scientific research has become an inevitable development need.At present,many of our secondary school teaching and scientific research information still stays in the form of manual management,such teaching and scientific research information management has brought cumbersome work to administrators,and the accuracy of teaching and scientific research information is not guaranteed.In the future development,such information management of teaching and scientific research will inevitably be replaced by computers.Using computer to manage teaching and scientific research information can store teaching and scientific research information of various disciplines.It is safer and more efficient to manage teaching and scientific research information.It can save a lot of human resources and quickly inquire,add and modify teaching and scientific research information.This paper makes a comprehensive and detailed demand analysis on the teaching and scientific research information management system of Yundong Middle School,and summarizes the main functions of the system:teaching and research room information management,subject information management,teacher information management,process management,etc.And use UML(Unified Modeling Language)to analyze and model the requirements of the system,and develop a complete development program.MySQL database is selected as the database for development.On the basis of requirement analysis,the tables of software development requirements are extracted,and fields,primary keys and foreign keys are determined.The design pattern of software development uses the traditional MVC(Model View Controller)design pattern.Through the design process based on software engineering,this paper completes the class diagram design,flow chart design,package diagram design,database design for each module of the teaching and scientific research information management system of Yundong Middle School,and describes the functions of each module in detail.The design of teaching and scientific research information management system in Yundong Middle School improves the office level of school teaching to a certain extent,effectively improves the scientific level of relevant school compilation,and improves the overall operational efficiency and the comprehensive quality of teaching and scientific research information management.The data analysis ability of this system is not strong enough,and further research is needed in this area.
