潜艇环肋圆柱壳结构多目标优化研究

【摘要】 耐压壳结构对于潜艇的安全性、作战性能等诸多方面均有重要的影响,环肋圆柱壳因具有优良的结构性能,目前已被广泛应用于潜艇的主体结构设计中。耐压结构设计的实质就是对强度、稳定性以及重量等众多目标进行协调权衡,这是一个典型的多目标优化问题。本文以潜艇环肋圆柱壳为研究对象,针对其多目标优化设计过程中的关键内容开展研究,旨在为环肋圆柱壳的结构设计提供参考。首先,分析舱段长度、肋骨间距、壳板厚度、中面半径、肋骨型号等结构参数对潜艇环肋圆柱壳强度、稳定性以及自由振动频率的影响,为建立环肋圆柱壳优化模型提供依据。其次,确定各优化模型的设计变量、目标函数及约束条件。为得到频率约束对优化结果的影响,分别建立计及频率约束和不计频率约束的多目标优化模型;为解决各优化目标相对于许用值余量不均衡的问题,建立基于裕度的多目标优化模型;为进一步强化优化目标中各应力、载荷之间的关系,引入信息熵理论,建立基于权重的多目标优化模型。再次,利用NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解优化模型,应用相关性理论分析圆柱壳的结构参数、目标属性之间的关系,并将结果可视化为散点图矩阵。最后,采用组合赋权的TOPSIS法和层次分析法对Pareto解集进行综合评价优选,采用先聚类后评价的方法进行方案排序,最终得到满意解。

【Abstract】 Pressure shell structure is a key component of the submarine.It has important implications for the submarine’s safety,combat performance and many other aspects.Due to its excellent structural properties,the ring-shaped cylindrical shell has been widely used in the submarine’s main structure design.The basic principle of pressure-resistant structural design is the balance of many goals such as strength,stability and weight.That is a typical multi-objective optimization problem.In this paper,the submarine ring-stiffened cylindrical shell is taken as the research object.It aims at the key contents of its multi-objective optimization design process,which attempts to provide reference for the structural design of the ring-stiffened cylindrical shell.Firstly,the influence of structural parameters such as length of cabin section,rib spacing,shell thickness,mid-plane radius and rib model on the strength,stability and free vibration frequency of submarine ring-stiffened cylindrical shell are analyzed.It aims to provide the principle of establishing the submarine ring rib shell optimization model.Secondly,the design variables,objective functions and constraints of each optimization model are analyzed and determined.In order to get the effect of frequency constraint on optimization results,a multi-objective optimization model is established based on the allowances,to fix the problem that the optimization objectives of cylindrical shell are not balanced with the allowable value.In order to further strengthen the relationship between the stress and load,the information entropy theory is applied to the optimal design of cylindrical shell,and a weight-based multi-objective optimization model is established.Thirdly,based on NSGA-Ⅱ,four kinds of multi-objective optimization model are solved to get the characteristics of each optimization model and the relationship between Pareto solution set.The correlation theory is used to analyze the relationship between the structural parameters and the target attributes of the cylindrical shell.The analysis results are visualized as scatter matrix to obtain the interrelationship of the variables.At last,in order to solve the decision-making problem of the multi-objective optimization,the Pareto solution of all the offspring is determined and sorted by using TOPSIS method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),eventually obtaining a satisfactorysolution.
