【摘要】 近年来,伴随着中国经济的跨越式发展,城市化进程也不断深入,城市建设日新月异。然而,在急剧市场化的作用下,城市设计的“趋同化”现象愈发明显,很多城市逐渐失去自已的特色。在本论文中主要探讨的是,寒地中小城市在城市规划和城市设计过程中忽略了自身属性,简单地照搬国外经验,复制国内外一些大城市的规划风格,使我国城市规划建设慢慢的失去原有的特色,失去历史的积淀。在很多城市中滨水区是最能体现整个城市风貌和特点的区域,因此本次论文课题选定寒地城镇滨水区设计作为本文的研究对象,十分具有代表性与实际意义。本文在明确了寒地城镇滨水区设计为研究对象的基础上,通过了文献收集、比较借鉴、逻辑推理、调研实证和结合平时的工作经验等研究方法,强化理论依据,力求获得多元的解决途径与方法,提出有关于寒地城镇滨水区设计特殊地域性的设计方法,建设能够充分体现整个城市特色,乃至城市灵魂的寒地城镇滨水区,促进规划和设计的良性发展,赋予其四季的活力。本文从探讨寒地城镇滨水区规划研究的意义和目的入手,明确整个论文的出发点。针对近些年来,国内外关于寒地城镇滨水区的研究论断,得出了其地域性影响因素以及构成要素,其中,比较重要的影响因素主要有自然环境因素、社会条件因素和人工影响因素等三个方面。并从物质与精神两方面进行分析、比较寒地城镇滨水区设计的构成要素。通过对项目的整体设计研究的过程,再结合国内外的先进理论,总结规划设计方法,对现状存在的问题进行成因分析,从气候方面、生态方面、经济方面和技术等方面分析寒地滨水城镇设计的地域性现状问题。通过对这些理论的系统分析,阐述这些理论在设计中如何体现地域性,为能更好结合寒地城市滨水区的独特地域性总结设计方法、奠定理论基础。并且提出寒地中小城市滨水区设计原则,从不同方面不同角度提供思想指导。最后,提出寒地中小城市滨水区设计的方法,确定发展目标、制定发展战略。明确核心设计理念、制定控制指标、进行景观结构布局;设计景观小品、滨水广场和公园;充分考虑建筑界面与天际线设计、色彩设计等等。通过宏观微观不同层面的设计,共同组合成系统体现寒地中小城市滨水区设计的方法,希望对未来我国寒地城镇滨水区设计提供一定的参考依据和参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the implementation of China’s strategy to build a beautiful eighteen large,urban design dramatically accelerate the pace of development.However,in the dramatic role of the market,the gradual emergence of urban design "convergence" phenomenon,a lot of small cities in Cold ignore the characteristics of the properties in the urban planning and design process,simply copy the good works and the advanced countries and cities style,resulting in the entire city is losing character,lost soul.Urban waterfront is the best example to show the cityscape,so this thesis topic selected towns in Cold Waterfront design as the object of study is very representative of the actual meaning.This design in clear cold ground for the study of urban waterfront on the basis of the literature collection,comparative reference,logical reasoning,empirical research and other research methods to strengthen the theoretical basis,and seek ways and means to solve a wide range of proposed cold ground regional urban waterfront design methods designed to promote the sound development of the waterfront winter city,given its vitality seasons。This paper first describes the purpose and significance of the study in Cold waterfront town.A clear starting point for the entire paper.For the past few years,researches on the town waterfront in Cold drawn regional factors and components,mainly divided into natural factors influencing factors,social factors and artificial factors,elements from material and spiritual elements of the two elements for analysis.By design projects in Cold Waterfront overall design process,combine with advance theory and abroad,summarize the planning and design method,analysis of the current situation cause problems,from climate,ecological,economic and technical aspects of the analysis Frigid Waterfront Status regional issues of urban design.Through the analysis of these theories to explain how these theories embodied in the design of regional,regional approach to the design of urban waterfront in Cold designed to lay the theoretical foundation.Finally,the proposed design method in Cold regional small and medium urban waterfront design,identify development goals,development strategies;determine the design goals and principles,identify the core design concepts,develop control indicators,landscape structure and layout;plaza on the waterfront regional design methods designed Central Park,landscape sketch design,architecture and skyline interface design,color and design,through different levels of design,together constitute the system embodied in Cold small urban waterfront design guidance coast town in Cold Regional Water District’s design,a good reference value.更多还原
